Annamalai University Chidambaram faculty is good and experienced. Annamalai University Chidambaram faculty are scholars and top university or college rank holders. Annamalai University BPharma is a 4 year programme offered in full-time mode. The University enrols in BPharma programme based on merit. The shortlisted candidates are further eligible to receive counselling for seat allotment and final admission process. The eligibility criteria for admission to BPharma requires qualification from Class 8 to Class 12 with a 'Nativity Certificate' of Tamil Nadu. Candidates can apply online to register for candidature and sign up for the further process. 

Annamalai University offers placement assistance through various collaborations and partnerships laid by the University. As per the recent stats, around 202 PG 2 year Agriculture students participated in placement drive, within which, 125 received packaged successfully, marking the median package of worth INR 4.22 LPA. Similarly, among 1,180 UG 4-year Agriculture students, 811 received placement packages, marking the median package of INR 3.19 LPA. M.Tech graduates, on the other hand, received a median package of INR 4.28 LPA.

Candidates seeking admission to Annamalai University can avail of Government Scholarships. To avail of these scholarships, candidates need to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria set by the University. Given below are the different types of scholarships offered at Annamalai University: 

1. First Graduate Tuition Fee Concession: Under this scheme, the government of Tamil Nadu will grant tuition fee concessions to the candidates who will become the first graduate in a family. From the year 2013-14 onwards the tuition fee concession for first graduates has also been extended to the students of Annamalai University. 
2. Post Matric Scholarship: Under this category, the Government has ordered to grant of Post Matric Scholarship to SC/SCA/ST candidates, whose parental annual income is less than INR 2.50 Lacs per annum and for SC/SCA converted Christians whose parental annual income is less than INR 2 Lacs per annum.
3. Higher Education Special Scholarship: This scholarship is only eligible for the hostel students belonging to SC / SCA / ST and Converted Christian categories, whose annual income from all sources should not exceed more than INR 2.50 Lacs per annum.
4. BC/MBC/DNC Categories Scholarship: This is valid for students belonging to BC/MBC/DNC categories whose parent’s income from all sources is not more than INR 2 Lacs per annum.

Annamalai University cutoff 2024 has been concluded for admission to the MCA course. The cutoff was released on the basis of TANCET exams. The cutoff for the General AI category was closed at 2086. For the OBC AI category candidates, the cutoff was 2417. For the SC AI and ST AI category candidates, the last roundclosing rank in TANCET closed at 2203 and 2363 respectively.

The university publishes a merit list after the conclusion of the application process for shortlisting candidates. Shortlisted students further need to take part in the counselling round. Annamalai University PharmD merit list further includes details such as rank, category, name of the candidate, application number, and cutoff marks. As per the university 2022 provisional merit list for PharmD, the first rank was given to a candidate with 98.16 marks and the last rank with 50.16 marks. Annamalai University admission process for the BCom course starts with the submission of the application form. The form is available on the official website of the university. To fill out the form, students would be required to submit basic details such as name, contact details, education qualification, etc.

After completion of the application stage, the admission committee constitutes a rank list based on students’ scores in the qualifying examination. Based on this list, students are shortlisted.
