Apex University BCom admission is entrance-based. The university shortlists candidates based on their CUET merit or Apex merit. 50% of the total seats are filled through CUET. For the remaining 50%, the university conducts the Apex Common Entrance Test (ACET). Candidates seeking admission under both the categories must apply through the university's official website. Onee the shortlisting process is completed, seats are offered to selected candidates who meet the required eligibility criteria. Selected candidates must confirm their admission by submitting the first instalment of the course fee applicable to their chosen course.

The university offers various scholarships to BCom students. Apex University BCom scholarships are offered under the following five categories:

1. Academic/Merit Scholarship: Offered to students based on their Class 12 (or equivalent) merit
2. Early Bird Scholarship: Offered to students who have registered for admission and paid the first fee instalment on or before the last date of EBR
3. Sports Scholarship: Offered to students who have been admitted under the sports category and have represented at State or National level
4. Apex Shiksha Suraksha Yojana: Offered to students who have no/single-earning parent (father has died)
5. Scholarship for wards of CRPF personnel

The last date to apply for Apex University BCom admission varies from year to year. As of now, the university has not specified any last date to apply for admission. However, the class commencement date for various UG courses in 2024 was Sep 2, 2024. As per the academic calendar available on the university's official website, the dates to fill out the enrollment form were scheduled between September 25 and October 10, 2024. Candidates seeking admisson through CUET UG counselling could apply for Spot Round Admission till Aug 25, 2024.

Apex Shiksha Suraksha Yojana is a scheme offered to students who come from a humble background to aid them in furthering their career. Also known as ASSY scheme, it aims to provide financial assistance to eligible students. Find below the categories who can avail of this scheme:

• Students who are enrolled in the current academic session and have lost their earning parent in an unfortunate accident during the term of their education at the university. Such students are provided with 100% of academic scholarships on the course fee
• Students who are pursuing education at the unviersity/ foundation and have a mother who's earning (those whose father has passed away) are provided a scholarship of 50% on the course fee
• Current students who lost their father during the term of course offered at Apex University/ Institutions

CUET PG application form 2026 is anticipated to be released in the first week of January 2026 to provide admissions to postgraduate degree programs like MA, MSc, MCom, MTech, MFA, and other professional degrees like MBA, BEd, LLB, and LLM courses.

 Only one application is to be submitted by a candidate. Under no circumstances, candidates will be allowed to fill more than one Application Form. Strict action will be taken, even at a later stage, against such candidates who have filled more than one Application Form
