Apex University DPharma Courses & Fees 2025: Eligibility, Admission Process, Seats

The Apex University DPharma admission process involves three simple steps. These steps are the application process, selection process, and admission confirmation. The details of each of the steps included in the process of Apex University admission to the DPharma programme are given below:

Step 1: Apex University DPharma Application Process

The first step is to apply for DPharma admission at Apex University's official website. Before applying, candidates must ensure that they meet the preset eligibility criteria for admission. Eligible candidates can visit the university's official website at www.apexuniversity.co.in and fill out the application form. This step also requires applicants to pay the application fee and upload the necessary documents.

Step 2: Apex University DPharma Selection Process

The university selects students for its DPharma programme based on the following two criteria:

• 50% of admissions are based on CUET
• 50% of admissions are based on APEX merit

The university conducts the Apex Common Entrance Test (ACET) for admission to various UG, PG and Diploma courses. The selection is based on the applicants' merit in one of the above-mentioned entrance exams. After the selection process, selected candidates can proceed to the final step.

Step 3: Apex University DPharma Admission Confirmation

The university will communicate the final admission decision to shortlisted candidates. Such candidates must confirm their admission by submitting the first instalment of the Apex University fees. The total fee for DPharma at Apex University is INR 2.4 lakh. It is equally divided over the course duration of two years. It must be noted that the mentioned fee is estimated based on the annual DPharma fee mentioned on the official website of the university. It is still subject to change and hence, is indicative.

There are five categories under which the Arka Jain University scholarships are offered to DPharma students. These categories are listed below:

1. Academic/Merit Scholarship: Offered to students based on their Class 12 (or equivalent) merit
2. Sports Scholarship: Offered to students who have been admitted under the sports category and have represented at State or National level
3. Early Bird Scholarship: Offered to students who have registered for admission and paid the first fee instalment on or before the last date of EBR
4. Apex Shiksha Suraksha Yojana: Offered to students who have lost their earning parent or have a single-earning parent (father has died)
5. Scholarship for wards of CRPF personnel
