Average Facilities, Limited Placements.

Placements: In our MCA course, there were no proper placement opportunities. They barely provided internships. While other courses at the university are good, to be honest, pursuing an MCA here is not worth it. Students need to give competitive exams for better jobs.

Infrastructure: Our department has average infrastructure. There is a water cooler for students, and labs are provided as well. The library allows each student to borrow only two books per semester. Wi-Fi is available, and there is one smart classroom in the department. In the girls' hostel, there is a mess facility, but the boys' hostel does not have one. No sports equipment is provided; students arrange it on their own. The canteen is also average.

Faculty: The teachers are qualified for the course and are helpful towards students. They try their best to provide proper guidance. While their teaching quality may not be excellent, they make a sincere effort to help us understand the material. The curriculum is not too tough and can help you secure average jobs in startups. It is also beneficial if you are preparing for TCS or other competitive exams. The level of examinations in this course is medium, which, in my opinion, is a good balance—not too difficult, yet not too easy.

Other: I chose this college for its focus on programming, but I expected better facilities. The biggest issue is the lack of campus placements in our department, which is a major concern for students. They need to invite companies for recruitment to address this problem. The college organizes a fest once a year, which takes place in the university auditorium, but overall, more opportunities and facilities are needed to support students' careers.
