The college offers really strong placements.
Placements: The placement rate was decent at my college. The highest package offered in recent years was 10 LPA, while the average package stays in the range of 4 LPA. The lowest package offered was around 2 LPA, which is common for service sector roles. Placement was strong for students with good academic performance and skill development.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my college was really great. The hostel facilities were satisfactory with basic amenities, and the canteen provides both vegetarian and non vegetarian meals. Through the taste and variety, sports interest structure includes cricket grounds.
Faculty: Teachers were knowledgeable and well qualified, some were Ph.D. holders, while others were M.Tech graduates. The course curriculum was relevant to the college, making students industry ready. The semester exams were quiet, but overall, the faculty was really nice and the teachers were really helpful.

About Assam down town University.
Placements: My course is 3 years long, and the strength of my class is 52. Many recruiters, such as Flipkart, Axis Bank, Amazon, etc. Those who excel in the interview in the final year will get the job. The average package offered is 4.2 LPA.
Infrastructure: I'm not staying in the hostel, but according to my friends, the hostel food is good, although the rooms are pretty small. There are separate canteens for both girls and boys. There are different hostels for boys and girls. Boys' one is pretty good compared to girls.
Faculty: The mentors and subject teachers are all good and easy to communicate with. They provide us with PPTs to prepare for exams, and the syllabus is completed nicely. Per semester, there are two sessional of 30 marks each, a quiz of 15 marks for every subject, and then an end-semester exam. There are different subjects for each semester.

Not satisfied with faculty and management of ADTU.
Placements: - I would say 60% of the batch was placed, and it was really a bad condition for other students.
- The highest was 8 LPA, the lowest was 1.5 LPA, and the average was like 2-3 LPA.
- ICICI
- 10-20%, and the companies were not good.
- The top role offered was Area Sales Manager, which was not in a very good company.
Infrastructure: 1. The facilities and infrastructure of this college are decent since it is a private university. Normally, all private universities have good infrastructure. Here are some of the facilities available:
* Swimming pool
* Labs
* Library
* Cricket and football fields
2. The quality of food in the hostel is below average. The canteen food is decent. The medical facilities are nice.
Faculty: 1. The teachers are qualified but reluctant to teach, showing little to no interest, which is concerning given the number of students.
2. The course curriculum is relevant, but I am not sure it makes the students industry-ready because there were very few industrial visits.
3. The semester exams are easy if you put in a little effort.
Other: I chose this college and course because of good reviews about the faculty members and management. Sorry, I haven't attended many events.

Good college but can be better.
Placements: My name is Jeetu Rai, I am doing BBA (IB) course from Assam Downtown University (ADTU). I joined this university in the year 2019 in july and at present I am in 2nd semester which I am going to complete in this May/June. This University has very Big campus In our batch we have 44 students and few students left because of their personal problem.
Infrastructure: In our University, wi-fi is very poor because the data is very slow and one student can only use 35 MB in one day, I have never visited any lab so I am unable to describe it, classroom is quite big it contains 60 students easily but the sunlight disturbs a lot as we can't read what's written in whiteboard due to sunlight and Teachers also don't take any initiative to put curtains on window so that the sunlight does not enter in class, Library is very good it contains a lot of books for each of our college courses. It also has 4 AC inside it and good rules and regulations.
Faculty: Some of the teachers were not very helpful because they were not much experienced and their age was almost 26 to 27. Some teachers can even speak proper English, The students are not industry-ready because there are no practical task classes. There should be strict Communication class.
Other: I chose this course because I want to do my own business and I want to improve my communication skills. The things that can make this course much better is proper digital learning and practical task and better-experienced teacher.

Nice hilly environment, but lacks the infrastructure.
Placements: The average placement salary package is 2.5 Lacs per annum. No big companies come to the college. The placement cell is cooperative though. Overall, the placement in the university is not good. I doubt recommend the new students join this college. Vivanta by Taj is the only good company to recruit from ADTU.
Infrastructure: The college has below average infrastructure. It highly needed some quality infrastructure. It has lack of digital classrooms, lack of extracurricular activity infrastructure, no football or cricket playground, no swimming pool, no gym, but the environment is nice for studying.
Faculty: The faculty members are average. Many faculty members come, but they don't stay long as the university can't provide the salary they deserve. So, the only freshers come here and teach for two-three years, and they leave as soon as they get new opportunities, that's all.

It’s a very good environment with very helpful faculty.
Placements: Around 70-80% of students in our batch were placed through campus recruitment drives. The highest package offered was around 12 LPA, and the lowest was 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies included Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Deloitte, etc., along with some product-based startups nearby. Around 60% of students got internships.
Infrastructure: It is very neat and clean, well-behaved cleaners are also available there. Hostel facilities are available for girls and boys, and lots of co-curricular activities are also available like basketball, football, swimming pool, gym, etc. Dance, drama, and modeling classes are also available.
Faculty: Faculty are very helpful. It is very easy to pass because they are very helpful. The pass percentage is 35%. Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is excellent, and they are very good and friendly to everyone.
Other: Because this is my dream to pursue BBA and MBA.

Placements: The number of students were around 102, the average package offered in my course was 50000 they offer the number of students to get the internship was 55 in JOI companies the university is very good I love it I like to study there kd dbdjdhdk d dhdujd dbdr jdhdudjdjd.
Infrastructure: It's very good n amazing course &hotel I loved it very much the facilities were good and the classrooms, library were very clean and specially the teachers of down town University were very good and the djdjdhdkdkd ehjdkdndjr ehejjenr ehekdjnfr hejejejr.
Faculty: The exams were not tough as I thought, the teachers were very helpful the pass percentage is 90% the course was relevant, the students were always already the sjdhdjdkdbdjd shdjdkkd shdjdkdnd hdkfkdjdd hdudidjdd jskdjdnfjd djdkdjdjd djdjjdjdjdf dhidkdkf.
Other: I choose this course because I want to do businesses, the best thing about the course is that the feels were very low and the things we get to learn is very predictable.

NIOS certificates are legally valid in all institutes and universities in India, as it is a board under central government like CBSE and CISCE. Though in reality it's seen that a few private institutes and universities deny NIOS certificate though they should accept it.

The minimum percentage required to qualify for admission in Assam Down Town University is 45%. Hence, I am afraid you cannot get admission in this college.
