It is not a good college for students who are looking for good placements.

Placements: Placements for the civil engineering students in the college are not good. Any reputed company related to the civil engineering department does not visit the college for placements. Students have to visit other colleges or have to prepare for PSU exams and government jobs. Even if you want to get placed from BIT Mesra main campus, your CGPA should be high. When this college started, the placement rate of the civil engineering department was about 80%, but nowadays it decreases to even 2%-3%. This college is very poor at providing placements in the civil engineering sector.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. However, you will enjoy the small campus as there are well-spaced sports facilities. There are many sports courts like football, volleyball, basketball, lawn tennis, table tennis, cricket pitch, etc. There is also a gym for students, faculty members, and other staff members. Classrooms are well furnished. Every branch has its separate sections in college with a big central library for all branches. Labs are good for every branch, and every student will enjoy the classrooms and labs. The campus has high-speed Wi-Fi facility, and all the students get their own internet LAN port in their respective rooms. The campus is well-cleaned and calm. There is also a dispensary on the campus for all medical issues, and it is available 24x7. There is a canteen available where you can find all the food varieties even to organise some parties.

Faculty: Some faculty members in the college are good. Some of them studied from BIT Mesra main campus. Others studied from some other government colleges, so the quality of education is not that good. The courses are covered well as per UGC guidelines. Even the quality of teaching is not that good. Every student has to study the whole course on their own.

Other: The college conducts technical fest every year in March which is called Technika. They also conduct dance, singing and ramp walk events. The campus is located near Patna airport as its boundary is touching to the airport. So the connectivity is excellent from everywhere in the city. The campus crowd is not that high.

The college is good but placements are not like as main camps campus (MESRA) also fee is too much.

Placements: The college placement is good for CS it students. Average placement in EEE, Eve. And finally a few placement in civil, mechanical & production. I have to say one thing more that almost all company visit main campus (RANCHI) & students have to visit there. A few company only visit Patna campus.

Infrastructure: The college has good infrastructure along with academics buildings & hostels. The hostels are too good & safe. Mess meals are also average. Gym, dispensary, cafeteria, canteen all facilities are available at a walking distance in college premises. College spends too much fund in maintaining the infrastructure. The total area is around of 25 acre and it is enough for an engineering college. The college also provides bus facilities to hostellers and day scholars.

Faculty: Faculty members are average. All faculty members are not up to the mark. Different courses are offered here like Bachelor of engineering (BE), BCA BBA architecture, MBA. Its main course is BE. Some good faculty members are also available not up to marks with respect to main campus.

Other: The fee structure is high & not worth for common middle class students.

Fully fun college for B.Tech.

Placements: The college has a good placement cell, and the average salary package is between 4 LPA to 10 LPA. Many of companies visit this college like HP, TCL, Tesco, DLF, l&t, etc. and also the Off campus companies visit the college for recruitment. Many of the students go off campus to many types of college for the jobs.

Infrastructure: The college has an excellent infrastructure. I have never seen this type of college campus in my life, and it has a 30-acre campus, a playground, cricket pitch and a badminton court. The college has two floors of library which are very large in scale, and not can be travel in one day The classrooms in the college are like an auditorium. Medical facilities are available in the college. The college is a Wi-Fi enabled, and there are games to play in the college. The hostels in the college are awesome, and all types of labs are available in this college.

Faculty: The teachers in this college are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is awesome, and they prepare PPT to teach the students. The ratio of student to faculty is 60:1, and we get the industry exposure in L&T, NTPC, and many other companies. The course curriculum in this college is useful.

Absolutely satisfied as placement has increased this year and many students have got high packages

Placements: This time, more than 25 companies have visited the main campus so far. The average package of students (of the Patna campus) is above 6 lakhs. Three students are recently placed in Intel with a package of 12.56 lakhs per annum. The placement process is still going on. Last year, more than 100 students were placed. Major companies who gave the opportunity to our students are Microsoft, Intel, Amazon, ZS Associates, etc.

Infrastructure: The condition of classrooms is up to the mark. The library contains more than 3900 books and the campus is going to be equipped with free Wi-Fi soon. We have one playground and an annual sports fest is held every year. Labs are equipped with appropriate instruments. Technical and cultural fests take place every year where Fashionista is the main attraction. Students from all branches participate and win prizes.

Faculty: Faculty members of civil engineering are well=qualified. They help us in lab, theories and other activities. For 30 students, there are two teachers. The course curriculum is useful as it covers important subjects necessary for GATE and other competitive exams. Simple teaching methods are used and every year, we have an industrial visit. This time, we were taken to Indra Puri Barrage.
