Overall college life was fun.

Placements: Most of the students were placed in many companies. Highest packege was around 12 Lacs per annum. Infosys, Cognizant, Wipro were the companies who recruited most of the students. Training and placement department of college helped the students to groom themselves.

Infrastructure: Hostel used to be clean and clear. Rooms were good and Mess was also good. In first year two students use to share the room whereas from second year onwards single room was provided. Library was also there in college. Semester books used to be given by library itself.

Faculty: Teachers were qualified and helped students not only in their studies but in many other things. Examinations questions used to come from main campus I. e. Bit Mesra Ranchi and evaluation of answer sheets was also done in main campus. Passing marks was grade C I. e. 40 marks.

It is the best private college ever in India.

Placements: 75% of students were placed in our course. The highest package offered is 15 LPA, and the average package is above 9 LPA. Infosys is the top company for our course. Above 75% of students got internships in our course in SBPDCL. The electrical engineer roles offered are awesome.

Infrastructure: In the electrical department, the facilities and infrastructure are awesome. Wi-Fi and labs are well maintained. The quality of facilities in our hostel is awesome, and the quality and quantity of food in the mess are fantastic. Medical facilities are available.

Faculty: The professors are very well qualified. All are PhD holders. The course is relevant. The students become industry-ready. Semester exams in our college are awesome. The pass percentage in our college is above 75.

Other: The electrical engineering course is very easy and understandable.

BIT Patna- full review on why you should go there and why not.

Placements: Placements are not as a good as one expects from BIT Mesra but still if you study hard, you will get a good package. The highest package which a BIT Patna student has got is Rs. 14.5 lacs in VMware. There are 30-40 companies which visit BIT Patna every year.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good as compared to NIT Patna or any other college in Patna except IIT. The classrooms are good but they do not have certain facilities. Sports are given good importance in BIT Patna. The library does not have those books which you need to pass your semester.

Faculty: The faculty is below average. No help from the faculty regarding research purpose, nor will they train you for your placement. They follow the old method of teaching, which is fully boring. They kill your interest in your studies. If you want to excel, you have to work hard for it. If you work hard, you will get a proper result.

Other: This college is better than any college in West Bengal (except the high ranked colleges) It will help you to become a complete person who would easily take any problem in life. At last, if you want to become an engineer, then only pursue B.Tech, or leave it because it's better to be a first class cobbler than a third class engineer.

Our college provides good placements but charges high fees.

Placements: In the current year, 27 students out of 50 were eligible for placements from our branch as they did not have backlogs, and 25 students got placed till now. The highest salary package offered was 7 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 4.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies of the college are Havells, Oracle, One Plus, Intel, Alstom and Infineon.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are fine, but there are no air conditioners. Labs are good and well-equipped. Hostels are worth living, and they serve good food. Hostels are clean, and LAN is provided in each room for internet purpose. The college canteen is also fine. Usually, we find everything we want in it. There is a college ground where both football and cricket are played. We have volleyball and basketball courts both for boys and girls. Placements in our college depend on the quality of students.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are not helpful except a few. Most of the teachers are knowledgeable, but not everyone teaches well. The course curriculum is relevant, but it is a bit old. The biggest woe of the college is the high fee. In order to perform well, you need to work very hard, but once you get good grades that pay well.

Other: I chose EEE because I got this course based on my JEE Mains rank. I had three options EEE, mechanical and production, and out of the three, I chose EEE. The stress on theory should be reduced, and practicals should be encouraged. The college provides scholarships but only to the families having annual income less than 3 LPA. We have an annual fest and along with that a sports fest and athletic meet.

Candidates must have passed 10+2 examination or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory Subjects along with one of the Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational subjects in year 2023, 2024 conducted by respective Boards. Candidates should have secured the mentioned marks in the Class 12th examination or be in the top 20 percentile in Class 12th examination conducted by respective Boards. Candidates who are appearing in the Class 12th / equivalent examination in 2025 irrespective of their age, are also eligible. Note: List of qualifying examination(QE): i). The final examination of the 10+2 system, conducted by any recognized Central/ State Board, such as the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi; Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi; etc. ii). Intermediate or two-year Pre-University examination conducted by a recognized Board/ University. iii).
