You can do it from any good college under University of Calcutta, Jadavpur University or the University of North Bengal.

Hello Friend,
You have to contact the university and the college management. You have to apply for the transfer certificate from your current college.
Then fill out a form to request the university to transfer you to other college.
8 years ago I want to do MBA in HR by taking MAT. Pls recommend a good institute for me within Rs4L that will give good placement within Kolkata.
