Hello Friend,
You have to contact the university and the college management. You have to apply for the transfer certificate from your current college.
Then fill out a form to request the university to transfer you to other college.
8 years ago I want to do MBA in HR by taking MAT. Pls recommend a good institute for me within Rs4L that will give good placement within Kolkata.
