Central University of Kashmir offers UG and PG courses for the candidates seeking admission for BTech, BSc-MSc, BVoc, BA LLB, MA, MSc, and MTech. It conducts the admissions based on CUET UG and PG score. Candidates must appear for the CUET- UG and PG entrance test, conducted by NTA. Based on candidates' performance in the CUET- UG and PG, consolidated merit lists for CUK courses will be released. Based on those lists, students gets shortlisted. Combined intake across all courses at School of Legal Studies - Central University of Kashmir is up to 64. School of Legal Studies - Central University of Kashmir offers Degree courses including 1 UG and 1 PG courses. These programs are offerred in Full Time mode.

The University has not released the separate placement data for BSc. However, the combined placement details for UG (3-year) courses has been released. The Central University Kashmir accepts CUET UG scores for admission to BTech, BSc and other Integrated courses. Based on CUK CUET UG 2024 cutoff, Integrated B.Sc.M.Sc. In Biotechnology was the most sough-after UG course to get admission at the Central University Kashmir. The least competitive course was B.Sc. (Hons.) in Mathematics which has a last round cutoff score of 38 for the students belonging to the General AI quota. Central University of Kashmir (CUK) is expected to release the CUET 2024 cutoff list by the end of July 2024. The cutoff list will be available on the CUK official website, cukashmir.ac.in.

The CUET 2024 UG exam was held between May 15 and June 31, 2024. 

A 60 percentile is considered a passing percentile. A percentile above 80 or 90 will get you a good-ranked college.

Admission to CU Kashmir includes merit and entrance based eligibility criteria. Candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Class 12 along with valid scores in CUET UG/PG for the admission to UG and PG level courses. Furthermore, candidates must apply through the official website of the University. Shortlisted candidates must pay the fees and confirm the seat.
