All About the Central University of Rajasthan, Ajmer.
Placements: Last year, 40% of students got selected in various fields as research associates, assistant professors, and EIA experts. In various research fields in Masters, they also provide 100% internships to all the students in their favorite fields like water, air, and soil research. Last year, 2 scholars were selected by Amity and IIT.
Infrastructure: The mess food was not very good, but the hostel and rooms are well-furnished and have a good ambiance. There are 2 or 3 shared rooms available too. If you are availing hostel facilities, it is mandatory to take mess service, which is the wrong procedure.
Faculty: Professors are highly qualified in their own fields, and most of them are among the top 2% of scientists in the world. Their expertise is on another level. The semester exams are completely based on thinking ability, with questions from regular facts and the material taught, as well as the books suggested by the teachers.
Other: If you are interested in games, there are specific clubs for all activities, and all the equipment is available for every game.

Overall, CURAJ is a good university.
Placements: The placement offers are low at CURAJ compared to other colleges. The academics are quite good, but in the case of placements, CURAJ is far behind other colleges. I think this should be improved in future. This is the only major drawback of this university.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is superb. The hostel, classrooms, library, departments, mess, everything is top-class. The infrastructure of CURAJ is way better than other central universities. The campus is huge, around 550 acres, and some infrastructure is in progress.
Faculty: All the faculty members are quite good. They have a strong academic background. Most of the faculty have done their PhD and post-doctoral either from foreign or top IITs. There are some exceptions also, who have a weak academic background. Overall, the faculty members are good enough.
Other: Everything about our department is good, except for placement opportunities.

A little insight into Central University of Rajasthan .
Placements: So, placement in central university of Rajasthan is a concern, the placement cell is newly build and isn't that efficient as yet, work is being done still the campus isn't as old as yet and maybe the location makes coming of companies a concern as of now .
Infrastructure: The departmental infrastructure is beautiful and skillful build keeping in mind the thought of green campus, moreover the classroom are well designed with projectors and wifis, the central library is also good. The infrastructure of hostel is well suited for all the seasons with all the required amenities provided to the student, certain things like geyser is a concern. The mess food is below average though .
Faculty: The faculty is extremely helpful and approachable. The faculty is available for academic as well as guidance in other spheres of life. The course curriculum is designed keeping in mind competitive exams like UGC NET etc. The semester exams are well designed to test the knowledge of the students as well as their understanding of the subject.95%of students pass the courses.
Other: I had passion for environment since a very early age and this course provided me the opportunity to not just enhance my knowledge about my passion but also convert it to a job profile. The curriculum of the course is well designed and certain faculty members make it even more interesting. I would suggest improvement of the lab infrastructure in the course. Annual event Srijan is organised in the college which includes activities from sports to dance etc. The campus crowd is nice, computing via Rajasthan roadways is easy.

The class timings are very bad.
Placements: 80% of students are placed on campus. The highest package is up to 20LPA, the lowest and average package is up to 7LPA. Requirement companies are like Reliance green energy and have done a green energy project of about 50%. The top offer in my course is for the environmental scientist post.
Infrastructure: The facilities on the campus are average. The campus is fully Wi-Fi enabled. The labs are average, and the classroom notes are not very good. However, the library is excellent. The quality of food is not good. Sports activities are self organized. The canteen facilities on campus are good, and there is also an escape canteen located outside the campus.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and qualified. They all have a good knowledge of their field, which is very nice. It is very hard to clear the semester exams in college, the passing percentage is about 90%. Some subjects are very tough, like Physics and Chemistry.
Other: I chose this course to become an environmental scientist. I want to improve in my course, which is research. There are events and face to face interactions taking place on the campus, and the connectivity is better.

It has good infrastructure and qualified faculty.
Placements: To enroll in this course, we have to give CUET exam and merit is always different. Above 60% achieving students can get internships in companies that need environment consultant. Not sure about the package from my course. Roles offered are environment consultant, environment research, professors, etc.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is really amazing in departments, but Wi-Fi is rarely available in department. Classrooms are fine with projector fixed and enough storage. Library is also good. Hostels are okay, and food quality depends on tenders. Sports ground is good, and students are also always excited. Sports activities happen every other day.
Faculty: Teachers are really helpful and qualified with so much knowledge and experience. Teaching quality is also good. They provide all the notes and PDFs needed. Semester exams are really tough, and back is normal here. Students sometimes also get a year back. Passing number for every subject is 35.
