After completing your 12th with PCM, the eligibility criteria for Electrical Engineering (B.Tech Electrical or EEE) at Lovely Professional University is quite clear and student-friendly. You must have at least 60% aggregate marks in your 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics, and English as compulsory subjects. Along with this, you also need to qualify any one entrance exam, which can be LPUNEST (the university's own test), JEE Main, or CUET. LPUNEST is the most commonly preferred option because it is easier to attempt and also helps you get scholarships based on your performance. There is also a small relaxation in certain cases, like for specific categories or special backgrounds, but generally the 60% requirement is the standard benchmark. If you didn't have English as a subject, it can still be considered if your schooling medium was English. So overall, if you have PCM in 12th with around 60% and clear LPUNEST or a similar exam, you are fully eligible to pursue Electrical Engineering at LPU without much difficulty.
