Paper 1 has 75 questions where Physics Chemistry and Mathematics, each section has 25 questions. Out of 25 questions, 20 are MCQs and five are numerical value questions. You must answer all 5 numerical value-type questions. All 20 multiple-choice questions are compulsory. Complete all 75 questions in 3 hours.
NO, it is compulsory to attempt all questions in the JEE Main exam. The JEE Main exam has negative marking and candidates must answer only those questions for which they know the correct answer. - The candidates can log in by either entering the date of birth along with the application number or the application number with the password.
- After logging in, the candidates can view and download the JEE Main 2023 answer key.
The candidates get a chance to challenge the JEE Main answer key. The challenges made by the candidates are reviewed by the panel of subject experts. If the challenge of any candidate is found correct, then the answer key will be updated accordingly. The result is prepared and made public based on the updated final answer key. No candidate will be informed if his or her challenge was accepted or rejected. The answer key finalized by the experts is considered the final.
About JEE Main 2023
The Joint Entrance Examination, JEE Main is conducted for admission to BE/BTech and BArch/BPlan courses at NITs, IIITs, other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs), Institutions/Universities funded/recognized by participating State Governments. JEE Main is also an eligibility test for JEE Advanced, which is conducted for admission to IITs.
