The faculty are very supportive and guide students well in academics and career. Hostels are comfortable, safe, and have all facilities like Wi-Fi and 24/7 security. Overall, the university gives good learning and career growth.

Chandigarh University has shown a steady rise in its NIRF rankings, and yes, it is now very close to entering the top 25 in overall performance. In the university category, CU is ranked 19th in 2025, compared to 20th in 2024 and 27th in 2023. This consistent climb highlights the university's improvement in teaching quality, placements, research, and industry collaborations. For a university that started in 2012, moving this quickly up the NIRF ladder is no small achievement. The 19th spot among all universities (government and private) shows CU is now competing directly with some of the country's top institutions. If it maintains this pace, entering the top 15–25 range across multiple categories looks very achievable in the coming years.
