For students planning to join BBA at Chandigarh University, the programme has about 480 seats in total, spread across various specialisations. Each specialisation—like Finance, Marketing, or HR—has around 120 seats, which are further divided into sections. This means you get more focused learning, smaller classes, and better interaction with teachers. The division into sections also helps in organizing activities, projects, and internships more efficiently. With this setup, students can enjoy a mix of academic learning and practical exposure, while also having the flexibility to pick a specialisation that suits their interests. It's designed to give a good balance between knowledge, skill development, and personal attention.

Yes, you can definitely go for NCC with CSE at Chandigarh University. There are several benefits of holding an NCC certificate, especially a 'C' certificate, gives a distinct edge to the applicants seeking an entry into Indian Armed Forces as most of the time they are directly sent to SSB without written exams. Secondly, you will acquire all those important skills like self-confidence, discipline, leadership, physical fitness and handling pressure, which go a long way in any kind of career. Moreover, you will have learned some practical skills like arms training, which may support your technical CSE skills, but keep in mind that NCC activities need a lot of time management. One needs to ensure that studies are not suffering.

Why bad dude, Chandigarh University is one of the best university for CSE and let me tell you that the university does not offer B.Tech CSE, they offer B.E. which is actually a great option. B.E. focuses more on the Science and technical aspects of engineering. This makes it very useful for students who are into research or planning to go for higher studies. The CSE department is also awesome, the classrooms, labs and library are modern and well-equipped. The department also holds hackathons, tech clubs and live projects, which give students more chances to learn outside class. The placements are also very amazing, MNC's such as Microsoft, Amazon, Wipro, Flipkart come to hire CU students.

The answer is very simple, it has always been worth it. As far as I know, the university offers unique programs that match new industry needs and future careers. The larger campus gives space for learning, activities, and a lively student life. For those who love sports, the stronger sports facilities make it easy to grow not just in studies but also in fitness and games. The hostels are also built with care, giving a home-like comfort to students who stay away from their families. When it comes to careers, students have seen high salary packages from top companies during placements. At the same time, the university keeps its fees affordable, so that more students can get quality education without too much burden.

Chandigarh University excels in both Chemical and Computer Engineering programs. Chemical Engineering provides solid foundations in process design, environmental engineering, and industrial applications. The programme includes practical labs and electives in petroleum and environmental engineering. Computer Engineering, meanwhile, focuses on software, systems, and data analytics, with options like the IBM-specialized CSE programme for students wanting deeper expertise in AI and analytics. With strong faculty, modern labs, and NIRF 31 ranking, CU ensures students in both fields are industry-ready. The placement prospects for BA LLB (Hons.) graduates at Chandigarh University are promising, as the programme is designed with both academic and professional training in mind. Students go through internships in High Courts, District Courts, corporate houses, and law firms during their course, which helps in placement opportunities. The law department also connects graduates with recruiters from firms, consultancies, and companies like SS Rana, BSK Legal, DSK Legal, J Sagar, Indus Law, Aurant & Young, and Trilegal. Moot court practice, drafting sessions, and legal aid work prepare students for litigation roles as well. Some graduates also pursue higher studies or competitive exams, which CU supports through mentorship. Overall, placements for BA LLB (Hons.) are good, especially for students who actively participate in internships and skill-building activities.
