It doesn't really make sense to look at the NIRF 2021 rankings now, especially when it's already 2025 and the latest NIRF 2025 rankings are just around the corner. Rankings keep changing every year, so it's better to check the most recent ones for a clearer picture. If you're considering Chandigarh University, then just know that in the NIRF Rankings 2024, CU secured an impressive 20th position among all universities in India — both public and private. In specific categories, CU stood at:32nd in Engineering13th in Architecture20th in Pharmacy36th in Management And the best part is that NIRF 2025 is also coming soon and I am also sure that Chandigarh University will shine in it.

Yes, it is really worth it. The programme is designed in a way that blends theory and practice. Students learn painting, sculpture, applied art, and graphics under trained teachers. The focus is on both traditional methods and modern ways. There are studios for hands-on learning where students can create and explore. The curriculum also covers art history, so students understand the roots of fine arts. Workshops, seminars, and internships give a chance to step into the art industry while studying. This mix of creative freedom and industry exposure makes the programme useful.

A bachelor's degree with not less than 50% marks is the primary requirement for an applicant to gain direct admission into the MBA at Chandigarh University; hence, it is eligible for students from arts, commerce, engineering, and science, as well as other professionals like CA, ICWA, and CS graduates. The programme does not restrict applicants according to stream. However, candidates need to have studied Mathematics, Statistics, or Quantitative Techniques at the senior secondary (10+2) level or graduation level to be able to take on the technical modules for an MBA in Business Analytics or Data Science & AI. For all other MBAs, such as Digital Marketing, Banking & Finance, HR, Supply Chain, or FinTech, your stream doesn't matter as long as you've met the minimum of 50% marks. Thus, direct admission is flexible and open to applicants from varied academic backgrounds.
