Christ University Bangalore has a well-developed infrastructure to cater to the academic and research needs of the students. The university has a large campus with a variety of facilities, including: 

1. Sports facilities: Christ University Bangalore has several sports facilities, including a football field, a cricket ground, a basketball court, a tennis court, and a swimming pool. The university also has a gym and a fitness centre.
2. Canteens: Christ University Bangalore has several canteens, which serve a variety of food options. The canteens are open to students and staff throughout the day.
3. Hostels: Christ University Bangalore has separate hostels for boys and girls. The hostels are well-maintained and provide students with comfortable accommodations.

Apart from the above-mentioned facilities, Christ University Bangalore also has a number of other facilities, such as a medical centre, a post office, a bank, and a shopping complex. 

Christ University Campus Highlights 2024

A well-equipped infrastructure to promote the academic and cultural activities of CHRIST is one of our primary accomplishments. An attempt to provide equal opportunity for every student is the idea behind the unique feature of the campus. The university has two libraries, the Main Library and the Law Library. The Main Library has a collection of over 1 million books, while the Law Library has a collection of over 100,000 books. Christ University Academic and Research Facilities

The university has multiple labs affiliated with each campus. There are science labs, computer labs, engineering labs, language labs, performance studios, Media Labs, Incubation, and innovation centres to strengthen the research culture. 

Christ University Hostel & Residential Facilities

There are separate girls' and boys' hostels on the Central Campus. Security is assured at the hostels as there is a clock security personnel posted at the entrance of each facility and CCTV surveillance in common areas. The terms of residency and etiquette laid out by the hostel wardens are to be followed strictly. As there is a limit on the number of hostellers intakes annually, the parents and wards are advised to take the hostel facility during the admission itself. The other facilities which are within walking distance from the hostels are also safe. 

At the Bangalore Central Campus, there are three halls - Jonas Hall, St. Kuriakose Elias Hall and Christ Hostel- Block A, B and C.

Jones Hall:

Jonas Hall provides accommodation for female students on the Central Campus. At the Jonas campus, female students from undergraduate and post-graduate studies. Jones Hall offers single, twin and triple-sharing rooms with common facilities such as a wi-fi room and recreational hall. There is a well-equipped gym and group study hall which students can utilise for group or individual study. There is a prayer hall, a library, and 24*7 security.

St. Kuriakose Elias Hall:

St. Kuriakose Elias Hall provides accommodation for post-graduate, doctorate and post-doc male students. The hostellers at St. Kuriakose Elias Hall are free to move to the hostel from 6:30 am to 9:00 pm. The hostel offers two, three and four shared rooms with amenities like one coat, bed with protectors, one table, one chair, one steel cupboard and an adjustable hanger. All the fire safety measures and two lifts are available in the hall. Other facilities available include RO-purified water, drying areas with washing machines, 24*7 solar hot water, wi-fi, a gym and a multi-purpose hall. It is to be noted that the mess facility is not provided at St. Kuriakose Elias Hall. 

Christ Hostel, Block A, B, and C

Christ University offers accommodation facilities for male students pursuing undergraduate programmes. These hostels are located near the central campus in the buildings the University has leased out. The hostels offer twin-sharing rooms with 24-hour security and 24-hour power backup and hot water facility. There is an easy access to the gym, library, and other facilities such as playground, cafeteria etc.

Christ University Sports Facilities

Since Christ University strives for whole personal development, the university not just focuses on academic activities but also extracurricular activities, especially sports. There are indoor and outdoor facilities available at the campus. For outdoor sports, there are badminton courts, basketball courts, futsal turf, volleyball court, and football ground. The indoor game facilities at the university include Carrom, Chess, Table Tennis and Snooker. There is a well-equipped gymnasium and open gym at the university. 

Various inter-collegiate sports fests are organized at the institute from time to time where students participate in Football, Basketball, and Badminton. Through these tournaments, students display enthusiastic effort, teamwork, discipline, determination, and true sportsmanship spirit on and off the field.
