Best tier-3 NLU in Patna.
Placements: Packages range from 8 LPA to 12 LPA. Generally, students are placed off campus or they choose to pursue judiciary, but those who appear for placements are generally placed. Major recruiters here are ICICI Bank, Wadia Ghandy, etc. These companies often visit to recruit.
Infrastructure: You get a one-device login Wi-Fi. Classrooms are fully equipped with air conditioners, smart boards, etc. Library is quite big and has ample space for studies. The timings are also great, it is open till 2:00 AM. Hostels are decent, you are provided with on campus hostel.
Faculty: Since the change in the vice-chancellor, curriculum has gone under many changes. Studies are getting more applications-based. A shift is seen from wrote learning to application based learning. Faculty members are decent. New good faculty members are also introduced which offer insightful discussions.

Currently doing above average, BUT VERY OPTIMISTIC FUTURE ahead. High demand in the next 5 years.
Placements: The college has a prevalent judiciary culture. So, the remaining minor crowd of corporate enthusiasts, the good news is that this year ALL those who wanted to get placement were placed. There has been a high increase in visits from tier 1 and tier 2 firms regularly. Mostly, banks were recruiting students till now. Efforts from personal capacity too were required for placements till now.
Infrastructure: We have the best classrooms among all the NLUs of the country with all digital facilities. We have one of the biggest libraries and its never-ending contents—both online and offline. Hostel facility is average. Single occupancy rooms are not available from 1st year. Food is good and value for money. Though sports facilities are hardly decent, we still have active sports committees making the level decent.
Faculty: The college offers cooperative teachers and a student-friendly curriculum with less academic pressure on students. New and interesting courses have been introduced to keep up with the new age requirements (e.g., AI and law), along with traditional learning. There are new collaborations with other universities for different courses (e.g., SEL programme of ISB). Very nice academics.
Other: The college is currently in a revolutionizing stage and many good changes are taking place in terms of infrastructure, curriculum, faculty, new courses, unique culture, etc. The student-friendly curriculum is the best part of this college, providing you enough time for your individual work.

Best law college in Bihar.
Placements: In my college, there is an internship and placement cell known as CDIC. But it provides internships to only a few students. Even in placements, it is able to provide to a few only. The rest of the students secure placement by themselves. Our college brings placement opportunities mainly from ICICI Bank. The highest package being 12,00,000 lpa. Law firms like JSA, DSK Legal, and Dentons Link Legal have also provided opportunities to students.
Infrastructure: There are separate hostels for boys and girls. The hostel facilities include a gym, message, canteen, water cooler, Wi-Fi and washing machines. The menu is decided by student representatives and the quality of the food is average. The hostel also has a medical attendant 24*7 and sports facilities like badminton court, volleyball court, basketball court and equipment to play it with. It also has a common hall for indoor games like cribbage, chess, table tennis and more. Our college also has an ambulance 24*7 in case of emergency.
Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified and helpful. They are available in their chambers till 6 p.m., so anyone can approach them. But some teachers way of teaching is not good as they are not able to make students understand. The curriculum is very relevant as it teaches a variety of subjects along with practical skills like drafting and moot court. There are 2 exams in a semester: mid-semester and end-sem. Both are at an average level of difficulty, and students generally get good marks. Only 2-3% fail.
Other: Events like moot court competition, mediation competition, DJ nights, and dandya nights take place. Annual festivals like JEEVATVA also take place. The college is the best law college in Bihar. The course provides help in the complete development of a student and helps build a career. The teaching quality must be further improved and more infrastructure must take place.

Overall experience is good.
Placements: The placement record at my college is poor, with only four or five students getting pre-placement offers. This is disappointing, but the administration is working to improve the situation.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are air conditioned and have smart LED and properly functioning mic systems, so the teachers' voices come through clearly. The campus is clean and lush green, and the library has separate desks for everyone and is air conditioned.
Faculty: The quality of the professors varies, which can be a problem for students because the collaborative teaching system makes it difficult to keep up with all of them. The course moves at a fast pace, but it prepares students for the rigors that lie ahead. The difficulty level of the exams is quite good, with almost all questions being application-based.
Other: There are many committees that keep the events happening, and the students are very involved. For example, students participate in moot competitions. Overall, it is a very busy life at the university.

Satisfied with the faculty and infrastructure.
Placements: Batch of 2023, which passed this year, had about 4 students get pre-placement offers in ICICI Bank. There are around 25 students who were placed in law firms like JSA, ICICI Bank, etc. The package ranges from 12 Lacs to 18 Lacs. In my batch of 2028, we have had internships in different law firms like Juhi Arora & Associates, Vohra & Vohra Associates, Indus Law Associates, etc.
Infrastructure: We have smart classrooms with 2 screens available for students and faculty members as well. Wi-Fi is available at all the places on campus. The library has around 3000 books with separate sections like textbook section, reference sections, discussion sections, etc. The mess in the hostel is above average and they provide good foods. There are canteens, Nescafe, dispensaries, and different grounds for sports like cricket, soccer, basketball, etc.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. But there are some teachers who do not teach well and such teachers get replaced because they complain. There are two semesters in one year and the level of exams is average. To pass the exam, you have to get 50%, and it is not very difficult. 75% attendance is compulsory and there are 5 marks for attendance if you have 100% attendance.
Other: I chose this course as it will be beneficial for me in the corporate sector as well. There are so many events that take place throughout the semester, due to which you get the opportunity to socialize with all the people around the campus.

Know all about Chanakya National Law University.
Placements: The University has a placement cell but the percentage of students getting placed through the placement cell is very low, 3-4 students each year. The recruiters are usually Khaitan and Co., ICICI, etc. The average package is 18-22 LPA. The top roles offered are associates, legal consultants, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the academic block as well as the hostels are very good. The classrooms are inbuilt with smart digital classrooms, which also facilitate the students to attend the classes online in case they are sick for a prolonged time. WiFi is accessible throughout the campus. There is a computer lab as well. There are separate hostel facilities for girls and boys. Each room has a separate balcony. Hostels have a gym facility, washing machine, badminton court and common hall for indoor games like table tennis and carrom. The mess is in the hostel itself. The food quality is good and meals enriching in nutrients are incorporated in the menu. The college has football, volleyball and basketball courts as well.
Faculty: The faculty is helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. They try to impart as much knowledge as possible through their lectures. There are also guest lecturers. The course curriculum is carefully curated to meet contemporary needs and make the students industry-ready. The question papers are very tricky, as they not only test the bookish knowledge but also help the students prepare situation-based questions. The passing marks are 50% of the total marks and the passing percentage of students is nearly 90-95%.
Other: The course is an integrated course and saves time. The campus life is quite jolly and peaceful. There are various different events that occur throughout the year.

Admission to the First Year of the Five-Year B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) Degree Program is purely on the basis of merit, as decided by the results of the entrance examination. To be eligible for admission, students must score at least 40% (30% for SC and ST candidates) on the All India Entrance Test.
Application Procedure: During the designated application time, submit an online application on the CNLU website.
Make the application fee payment.
Show up for the admissions interview.
Show up for the interview, if any.
Reserved Seats: CNLU holds seats aside for certain categories (e.g., OBC, SC, ST, etc.). The admissions procedure takes these reservations into account.
Admission Notification: Admission notifications are posted on the official CNLU website. These notifications include information about the requirements for eligibility, the application procedure, and crucial dates.

To sum up, it is doubtful that you will be admitted directly without taking the entrance exam. For updated information on entrance requirements and specifics, I suggest checking out the CNLU website.
