Students of Chhatrapati Shahu ji Maharaj University can avail various university level and government level scholarships. The scholarships are:

Mean Based Scholarship: The scholarship is funded by the University’s distinguished alumni and philanthropic institutions. The scholarships offered to the wards with low annual parental income are 25-50 per cent of the annual fee depending upon the need of the students. Such candidates are required to provide an income certificate issued by the Tehsildar or the Magistrate.

Merit Based Scholarship: It is offered to the students who have secured a minimum of 60 per cent aggregate or CPI of 6.5 out of 10 in the previous qualifying exam. The names of the students for scholarships are finalised by the University Committee that comprises every year.

CSJMU offers BDS course through UP NEET counselling process for which the eligibility criteria to appear in the counselling process should be with minimum 12th percentile of 50% for General, 40% for OBC, SC and ST candidates, and 45% for PWD candidates. Candidates who are natives of Uttar Pradesh getting 75% can easily get admission to CSJMU.
