Knowledge-driven environment.

Placements: If you talk about CUHP not many placements are available unless you're in a course like MBA where the average package is about of 6 LPA. In B.Com the average package is about 3 LPA. Internships directly through the university are very limited so you have to do them by yourself separately.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure-wise they have different campuses in different areas of the Kangra district like one in Dharamshala, Shahpur, and in Dehra. The main campus is under construction right now. We do have Wi-Fi, library, and basic classrooms. As I'm a UG student I live in a PG because there are no hostels for UG students available so I don't know about hostels.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, knowledgeable, and highly qualified. I love their teaching style. The course curriculum is also very carefully designed and it makes the students industry-ready. The exams are on average difficult if you focus on the classes well you can easily pass.

Other: I chose this course because I'm from a commerce background. This course makes you industry-ready and helps you gain practical knowledge about things. The syllabus should be improved though. About events many qualified persons are invited and we get to learn from them in events. Fests are not organised as such there are little to no extracurricular activities but the university does provide scholarships and fee concessions for the students in need.
