Central University of Himachal Pradesh has been accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). It is also approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The University is funded and regulated by the University Grants Commission (UGC). Established in 2010, the Central University of Himachal Pradesh offers over 45 courses across several streams, including Sciences, Arts, Management, Technology, Business Administration, Social Work, Education, Hospitality & Travel and many more. The flagship courses offered at CUHP are MBA and BSc.
The University is situated in the Kangra district of Dharamsala, in Himachal Pradesh. Central University Dharamshala admission is entrance-based and conducts admission through the CUET exam. Commonly asked questions On Highlights
No, Common University Entrance Test (CUET) 2027 registrations have not commenced yet. The registration window will be active at cuet.nta.nic.in. NTA will release the CUET 2027 notification in first week of January. Soon after the release of the CUET official notification, the CUET registration 2027 process will commence online at the official website. Candidates willing to appear for the CUET 2027 exam must complete the application form online. Additionally, before filling application form, candidates must make sure that they have fulfilled the prescribed CUET eligibility criteria to qualify for the entrance exam.
National Testing Agency re-commenced CUET 2026 registration on February 23, 2026. Soon after the release of the CUET notification, candidates can check the important dates about CUET 2026. The last date for CUET 2026 registration was February 26, 2026 (11.50 PM).
Candidates were required to fill the CUET application form within the given time frame, failing which no request for extension of the CUET registration last date will be entertained. NTA does not provide the window for late fee payment. CUET 2026 application process is in online mode. No physical copies of the CUET application form must be sent to the authorities.
