DCRUST Sonepat and  SBIT (Shri Balwant Institute of Technology) are both private engineering colleges affiliated with GGSIPU New Delhi. Some differences between both the colleges are said in the below:

• DCRUST offers B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Arch, M.Arch, BBA, MBA, MCA, and Ph.D. programs in various disciplines.
• SBIT offers B.Tech, M.Tech, BBA, MBA, BCA, and MCA programs.
• The fee structure for B.Tech at DCRUST is INR 1.05 Lacs per year. The fee structure for an MBA at DCRUST is INR 0.75 Lacs per year.
• Fees structure is INR 1.15 Lacs per year at SBIT for B.Tech. The fee structure for an MBA is INR 1.08 Lacs per year at SBIT.
• DCRUST has a placement cell that organizes campus recruitment drives for the students. The average package offered at DCRUST is INR 4.5 LPA.
•  The highest package offered is INR 12 LPA. SBIT also has a dedicated training and placement cell that provides employment opportunities to the students. The average package offered at SBIT is INR 3.6 LPA, and the highest package offered is INR 12 LPA.
• Facilities: DCRUST has a campus area of 273 acres with state-of-the-art infrastructure, laboratories, a library, a hostel, sports, and medical facilities. 
• SBIT has a campus area of 20 acres with modern infrastructure, TCS-certified labs, a library, a hostel, sports, and auditorium facilities.
• DCRUST Placements 2022 saw a total of 38 firms visit the campus, and 179 students were placed. The highest salary was INR 7.57 LPA.
•  SBIT Placements 2022 saw a total of 25 companies visit the campus, and 110 students were placed. The highest salary was INR 6.5 LPA.
• Some of the top recruiters at DCRUST were Quinbay Tech Pvt Ltd, Veersa Technologies, TCS Digital, Grapecity, Samsung Engineering India, Wipro, and many more.

It seems DCRUST offers better placements than SBIT in terms of the average package, the highest package, and number of recruiters. You should also consider your interests, goals, and preferences before making a decision. 

Students willing to submit their application for admission at DCRUST can do so online. Students must note that the application fee can be paid in online mode only via State Bank Collect. The University will not accept any mode of payment. For general category students who are applying for admission at DCRUST are required to pay INR 1000 as an application fee. Students from a reserved category, who are willing to apply for admission at DCRUST Sonepat are required to pay INR 250. The application fee for counselling for BTech and BArch courses at DCRUST Sonepat is INR 1000.

DCRUST Sonepat offers more than 30 courses at undergraduate, postgraduate and doctorate levels. The university holds an 'A' Grade accreditation from NAAC and is also accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). It is affiliated with several professional organizations, including the Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU), Association of Indian Universities (AIU), Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), International Road Federation (IRF), and Indian Road Congress (IRC), among others.

DCRUST grants admission to UG courses on the basis of merit. Admission to all PG courses is granted on the score obtained in the entrance test conducted by the University. The University also accepts scores of National level exams such as JEE Mians, CAT, CMAT, GATE and NATA for respective courses. For admission to PG courses Once the candidates obtain the scores of the entrance test conducted by the University, they need to attend the counselling round this depends on course selection.

The minimum qualification required to join DCRUST Sonepat is to have a minimum aggregate of 50% in class 12 from a recognised board, as DCRUST Sonepat offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses.  You can find below the qualification for the course offered :
