Pannalal Girdharlal Dayanand Anglo Vedic (PGDAV) College is a premier college in Delhi. It is affiliated to Delhi University. Many subjects like science, arts and commerce are taught in the college. The quality of its teachers is considered good. The library and other facilities here are also helpful for the students. The campus environment is disciplinary. The college is also active in sports and cultural programs. The level of competitive examination for admission is high. Students get good placement opportunities. Overall it can be considered a good option, but saying "best" depends on the needs of the student.

However, for other programs, the college does offer placement and internship opportunities.Some top recruiters at Aditi Mahavidyalaya University of Delhi are Shahi Exports Pvt Ltd, Urban Clap, Genpact, Hindustan Times, Learning Centers, etc. These companies do seem to visit the campus for placements.

It is not possible to directly seek admission in the B.A. programmes conducted at Dyal Singh Evening College, University of Delhi, as the college strictly follows the university-wide admission process based upon Common University Entrance Test (CUET). Admission will be offered on the basis of CUET scores and the university's centralized merit-based counseling through the DU Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS). Candidates need to appear for CUET, register at the CSAS portal, and qualify within the cutoff for his or her choice of programme. No direct admission without CUET or qualifying the cutoff is permitted.

The maintenance fee for the first year is INR 5860 and for the second/third it's INR 5310. The student's society fee is INR 2730 per year. The university fee for the first year is INR 1900 and the second/third year is INR 1700. But the food technology course has a practical paper whose cost is INR 400.
