Yes, the University of Delhi-affiliated Gargi College provides a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) program. Both B.Com (Program) and B.Com (Honours) courses are offered by the college. Candidates must have finished their 10+2 education from an accredited board with a minimum aggregate score, usually between 45 and 50 percent, depending on the course and category (General, OBC, SC/ST, etc.), in order to be eligible for admission. A higher cut-off is typically needed for B.Com (Honours), and candidates must have completed 10+2 coursework in business or mathematics. The primary criterion for admission to Gargi College's B.Com programs is the cut-off marks established by the college, which are established by the percentage of the candidate's best four courses on the 12th board exams. Gargi College has a stellar academic reputation.

The placement cell at Gargi College plays an important role in putting its students into internships and job placement. It offers a decent number of internship opportunities every year. Ranging from Wipro to KPMG, all kinds of companies come for recruitment. Work-from-home and full-time internships are available; however, the salary can differ accordingly. The placement cell ensures that the students are provided with positions in reputed companies, with salary packages ranging from INR 4-5 LPA for freshers to about INR 9–10 LPA for higher positions. Besides the campus interviews, the cell also guides the process and conducts activities that help expose students to the industry and gain valuable experience. Though a vibrant and effective placement cell is in place, the outcome regarding placement depends on individual performance and personal interest; some students opt for higher education instead of immediate employment. Therefore, all in all, the placement cell does much to enhance the career prospects of a student at Gargi College.
