Dibrugarh University: Strong cultural focus, good facilities, and active campus life.

Placements: Students should get a minimum 65 percent to get placed in my course. There are so many packages in my course, starting from 10000 to 1.5 lacs. The top roles offered in performing arts are Actors or Actress, Director, Choreographer, Stage manager, theater critic, Production designer, etc.

Infrastructure: Dibrugarh University has academic buildings, a library, hostels, sports facilities, labs, and wi-fi, along with cultural and health services. Hostel facilities are decent, food quality is average, medical services are adequate, & sports facilities are basic but functional.

Faculty: Teachers at Dibrugarh University are generally qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is solid, with many faculty members being helpful and supportive. The curriculum is relevant but may require more practical focus to fully prepare students for industry.

It is a lovely campus with a good ambiance.

Placements: This is a professional and humanities course, there are no campus placements. Campus interviews are not held here. Students are taken to field trips in the final semester only. More exposure is needed. Our seniors got admission to well and renowned institutions.

Infrastructure: The hostel decorum and environment are good. The library is worth it and good to study and research. The hostel food is good compared to other hostels. Medical facilities are satisfactory. Sports and games are conducted in Varsity week programs.

Faculty: The teaching quality is average. The course is mostly relevant for our further studies or research, but more is to be included. The final semester exams are hard because of the final count in the final marksheet and results. The teachers are satisfactorily qualified and knowledgeable.

This college is worth it and I would recommend joining it.

Placements: Around 95% of the students are placed in our course. No top recruiting companies come for our course. No such percent of students got an internship from our course. Our college offers B.A. B.Sc. in Mathematics. B.A. M.A., etc. Our passing out batch is like our family they all will make you happy and help each other in everything related to studies or practicals. Overall it's good.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available for our course/department include Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library, department of every core subject, mobile phone facility, etc. The quality of the facilities in our hostel is awesome, and the quality of food served in the mess and canteen is junky but acceptable. Various medical facilities are available and we also have sports and games held in every extra curriculum event.

Faculty: Teachers are very much helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is awesome, and there is no need to afford tuition if you attend the regular classes. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes the students industry-ready.

Other: I chose this course because it is worth it. The best thing about our course is that they take us to labs, and practical work is done regularly. They should improve in providing scholarships to each student so that they might perform well. Events, dest, campus crowd, connectivity, campus surroundings, scholarship, extracurricular activities, etc., are held.

Our university is a good place. I would recommend it because it's a government university.

Placements: Our batch had about 60 students. Not many students got placed from our course as the placements are not very good in our university. The lowest salary package offered here is around 4 LPA, and the highest salary package offered is around 8 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our college were Amazon, Whirlpool, etc. None of the students got an internship from our course as our course doesn't provide internships.

Infrastructure: As it is a government university, the infrastructure is very poor and even in our department. Classrooms are poorly managed. However, the Wi-Fi facility is fine, but there are no labs for our department because we don't need them. The library was good, and it has a huge range of books and is a good place for students who are very much interested in reading books. Hostels facilities were not up to the mark, and the rooms were not very clean. The food served in the mess was not good.

Faculty: Teachers here were fine, and some of them were really helpful. All the teachers were highly qualified, and most of them were PhD holders. The teaching quality is also really good at our department. My course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready to a certain extent.

My experience as a student was quite satisfactory.

Placements: 100% placement of our batch. The highest package has been 40,000 INR and the lowest is 15,000 INR. Recruitment has been from Public health engineering department, Bharatiya Cha Parishad etc. Internship for 100% students. Top roles offered were district coordinator, Assistant Professor etc.

Infrastructure: Lab, Classroom and library are of good quality. Food quality is decent. Wi-Fi is unstable though. But the internet is accessible otherwise. Primary medication is available. Doctors and other caregivers are experienced and caring. Ambulance facility is rapid too.

Faculty: Teaching quality was good. Our course is specialised in the public health sector and is one of the most demanding fields nowadays. It does make students capable of working in the industry. It gives first-hand experience and exposure to the students which is helpful.

Other: I chose it because of the relevancy and innovative nature. More field exposure could be given. Events and fests were available.

It is a good government university.

Placements: The placement system was not well during our tenure in our college. We got only ideas regarding placements and internships but did not get direct help from the department for placements. There were no on-campus interviews for internships during our tenure for us. We did internships on our own.

Infrastructure: Dibrugarh University is spread over an area of 500 acres. The university has huge playgrounds for cricket and football, indoor stadium, gymnasium hall, etc. It also provides hostels facilities for students. There is a huge library where we get every necessary book.

Faculty: Teachers here were good, and their teaching quality was also good. We got sufficient study materials and notes from them. Some guest professors were invited to teach some subjects. Our teachers suggested us places where we should do an internship and project work.
