6 years ago My OBC rank is 9252 and CRL is 37168 in JEE Mains 2019. Is there a chance of getting into DTU or NSIT? I'm not a Delhiite.

6 years ago My eligibility state is Delhi and Native state Bihar from where OBC certificate Issueed can get obc Quota in DTU/NSTU.

You can get your OBC certificate only from Bihar because for getting OBC certificate, you need various other certificates. State eligibility just depends on from where you have given your class 12th.

With this percentile its very difficult to get DTU.but you may get seat in NIT maybe where seats are empty because of less desired branch or location.

No, there is no chance for this score if you are an outside Delhi student. You could get DTU if you have a rank under 30 thousand.

BBA in DTU is a good course. You can also apply for BBE, BMS at Delhi university. BBA in Surajmal college in IPU is also a good option.
