GBU, a government university with excellent infrastructure but lacking placements.

Placements: Regarding placements, our university is not so good, as it is a newly established government university. Btech + Mtech placements are not so good as few companies have come last year with an average package of 3-5 lakhs per annum. But MBA placements are quite good as compared to B.Tech and M.Tech as its average package was 6-8 lakhs per annum.

Infrastructure: Gautam Buddha University is all about Infrastructure, you cannot complain anything about infrastructure, as it has all kinds of facilities like fully Air conditioning classrooms, student hostels with single occupancy, wifi, 560 acres campus with libraries, auditoriums etc.

Faculty: For Faculty I would say, most of them are permanent, but guest faculty are invited in case of vacancies. They are very strict with respect to attendance criteria rules, and in giving marks. If you want to pursue CS and MBA, then the faculty are quite good in all perspectives.

Other: Overall, I would say that you could take admission in this college if you could not get an admission in a better college like DTU, NSIT, IITs, IPU. But apart from that, it is way better than other private colleges that don't have anything including knowledge, infrastructure or placements.

Technical education is the future of India.

Placements: My batch students are placed in different companies like ONGC, BHEL, NTPC, etc. And they are getting a good amount of salary. And so many private companies also come for placements. So approximately all students get placement in different companies with a good amount of salary.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good and the library is excellent. All kinds of books are there and the hostel environment is excellent. All facilities are there so that a student can build their future in several fields. And get a good job. The quality of all facilities is excellent.

Faculty: All teachers are highly qualified and experienced. And they teach us very well. And help in competitive exams. The semester is tough but because of teachers guidance, make it easy. All technical education branches are there.
