Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya follows an online application process for a majority of courses offered by the University. For all the courses that offer admission via VET, candidates are required to apply for VET exam rather than the University. A step-by-step process of application is as follows:

Step 1: Visit the University website (www.ggu.ac.in or www.ggv.ac.in/spa)

Step 2: Click on ‘VET Admission tab

Step 3: Select ‘New Registration’ form link for online submission of forms

Step 4: In this step, candidates are required to create their user account for online form by filling up information required in the form. Submit it and enter an active mobile number as that will be used by the University for all future communications

Step 5: A system-generated ‘User Id’ and ‘Password (Date of Birth)’ will be displayed on the screen and the same will be sent to the registered mobile number. Note down both of these details.

The following information should be available before proceeding with the online submission.

• Scanned photo in .JPG format (width: 3.5 cm, height: 4.5 cm) of below 50 kb size
• Scanned signature in .JPG format (width 3.5 cm, height: 1.5 cm) of below 20 kb size
