GJUST, Hisar feedback.

Placements: Placement is average, with an average package of 3 LPA. Normal companies, along with Infosys, recruit students. Mainly, students of B.Tech in Printing get higher placements. Students of B.Tech and MBA are placed more. Software Engineer and Marketing roles are offered to students. Infosys is the most recent and best company.

Infrastructure: There are four boys' hostels and five girls' hostels. Hostels are given to all girls. For boys, there are criteria based on percentage, category, and distance. A minimum distance of 30 km is required to apply for a hostel. There is a slight shortage of hostels in the university, but the university is trying to build new ones.

Faculty: Faculty members are okay, but not very good. Some teachers are great at teaching. Exam results come late, and students from affiliated colleges suffer more due to a higher number of compartments and delayed results. Exams are conducted on time, and the level is mostly average.

Other: The campus is full of greenery, and I enjoy my university life happily. It is a great time here. Self-study and effort are more important and key to success.

Better education in a low budget.

Placements: 30% students were placed. The highest package offered was 6 LPA. The lowest package offered was 2.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies were Quinbay, Cloud certitude, etc. 40% students got internship from campus. There was a mismanagement of the placements due to COVID-19. The university took exams late, due to which companies were confused about the candidate.

Infrastructure: The hostel was good. Facilities: Wi-Fi, clean water, and clean floors are available. The canteen was not in the hostel. We have to travel a few meters from the hostel. The hostel staff was very friendly in every matter. The food quality was not good. Some students didn't eat in hostels; they go outside for a meal.

Faculty: Most teachers were helpful. But 2–3 of them were very rude. The teaching quality was okay. The course curriculum was up-to-date. Semester exams were average. Online study in COVID-19 was not good. There was no management of attendance or tests. Also, the teachers take holidays very often. The classroom is vacant if the teacher is absent. No extra teacher was provided.

Other: I chose this course because of my passion for computers. 2 subjects were very old. They should be updated with modern technology. Events were organized properly. Many film stars and government officials often come to the campus. The scholarship process is a little headache.

It is a good college for students to achieve a great success

Placements: Less placement opportunities are provided in our college. Banking sector, especially insurance companies, visit our college for placement drives. These companies recruit only 20% of students. Our college does not provide internships, so students must get internships on their own.

Infrastructure: Our college has a computer lab and a research lab for projects and making presentations. Its infrastructure is average. It has a common sports complex for all the departments. I have opted hostel for 2 years. Our hostel was newly built, which is very large and has clean rooms. Every room is allotted for 3 students. The infrastructure of our college is good, but the mess food is disgusting because of private contracts.

Faculty: The course curriculum is average. All the faculty members give presentations to prepare students to perform well in exams. Seminar paper is conducted in the 1st and 3rd semesters. Our college conducts 4 semester exams every six months for 70 marks.

Other: Our college has a PNB bank branch in which many poor students applied for loans, and it responded accordingly. There are 600 students in our college. All students celebrate teacher's day, freshers' day, and farewell. Every year, the Diwali event is organised by students of the HSB department. Industrial events are organised every year.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is great. All the facilities are well maintained with the latest technologies. The auditorium of our college has very good environment.

Faculty: Our college conducts internal exams for 30 marks and external exams for 70 marks. Practical exams are conducted in our college. The course curriculum is up to date. Teaching quality is very good. The pass percentage is 40%.

Other: Our college organises different fests such as youth fest, food day, sports meet, Diwali fest, fairs, etc. It arranges good yearly awareness programs.

We also have a parking area on our campus. There is a hall where we can relax with our friends. PGs and rented rooms are available. Separate hostels are available for both girls and boys.

Faculty: The course curriculum is relevant. Semester exams are not tough. The pass percentage is 40%.

Other: Many functions are held in this college. Extracurricular activities are conducted where we can showcase our talents. Sports are conducted such as kabaddi, football, and cricket.
