Good for self-study but absolutely no college life.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is quite decent and the campus environment is very peaceful. For the EE branch, we have labs with most of the necessary equipment, though some machines are a bit old. Wi-Fi is available on campus but the speed fluctuates. The library is good and has all the required books. Hostel rooms are basic but fine. The mess food is just okay, like typical hostel food, nothing special. We also have a ground for sports like cricket and basic medical facilities on campus.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of infrastructure, facilities, and average placement.

Infrastructure: There are smart boards in every classroom. Also, if it is present, there is no use of the smart board. Teachers don't use it very often. They always give theoretical knowledge instead of practical. The infrastructure is below average many classroom is need to be repair case the classroom is too old that paint gets fade out from wall. There is Wi-Fi but it is of no use. The library is too small that sometimes if we go to study the seats get almost full and you will have to study in another classr...

Absolutely satisfied with the campus.

Infrastructure: We were allotted facilities such as labs, classrooms, a canteen, grounds, halls, etc. We were served good-quality food in the canteen. Medical facilities, sports, and games were also available. A Yaghyashala was also available on our campus for worshipping God.

Really good faculty and placements.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure was good. Classrooms were well-built, comfortable, and digital. The Wi-Fi was not available in 2024. Labs were good, and the library was also good. It was not that big, but it was comfortable. Overall, the environment was peaceful and good.

Overall, university is good and affordable.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of university was good considering the fee. The hostel facility was also good and reasonably priced. The library was very good, and all the required books were available. The entire campus was covered with high-speed Wi-Fi. All classrooms were equipped with smart boards. Medical facilities were decent, but sports-related activities were very limited.

Do not come to this college.

Infrastructure: Bad hostel accommodation. They give a table, a chair, a bed, and an almirah. Four students stay in a single room. Monkeys are in the hostel. The hostel is only for first-year students. It is also 4 km away from the Faculty of Engineering and Technology (FET). A bus is available. The mess food is very bad, filled only with potatoes and oil, and the raita is very bad. The water is bad because the water purifier and water cooler are not maintained.

Gurukul Kangri Vishwavidyalaya is a good college but with average placements.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available everywhere in the college, even in classrooms, laboratories, and libraries. The infrastructure is also quite good in the Faculty of Engineering and Technology (FET). But if we talk about facilities in the hostel, then you're in a place; you won't even find good food or water.

I did not expect to learn such boring subjects in CSE.

Infrastructure: Our hostel is mid. No proper bathrooms in the hostel, broken tiles, and the geyser doesn't work. Taps are broken. No fresh paint on the walls of the hostel, and it looks messy. The food of mess is quite good compared to others, but they sometimes delay. The sports quality is good, you get a badminton court, volleyball court in front of the hostel, and can play anytime, borrowing them from the hostel itself.

GKV Haridwar Uttarakhand College review.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good in the university, but the campus is too small as compared to the university. Our chancellor does want to make our GFTI's college private by their power. Classrooms are not so well furnished like other colleges. Hostel facilities are acceptable, but mess and food facilities are not acceptable because they give lauki and pumpkin curry, which is the worst in my view. I never like the food quality of my hostel. They provide medical facilities. Sports and games are also organi...

Gurukul Kangri Vishwavidyalaya College review.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the college campus is not so authentic and good based on its category and NIRF ranking, as it is a GFTI college, but its infrastructure is not so good. Also, food quality in the hostel is a waste of money and can affect the health of a student. If you choose to live in the hostel, ask them if they don’t charge money for the mess if you don’t use mess facilities, because mess facilities are not worth the time and money. Medical facilities are there.

GKV Haridwar, Uttarakhand - review.

Infrastructure: Facilities like wi-fi, a bus for transportation, an open gym on campus, etc., were provided. Lab facilities were also here. Hostel facilities were good because they provided all the necessary things like a chair, bed, table, mattress and an almirah. Mess and canteen facilities were good but they give repeated food items because of which I don't like the food quality here.

Review of GKV - Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the hostel is good, but the college is not so good, as it was made back 40-50 years ago, and they haven't renovated it till now. Instruments are also not replaced. By the way, classrooms are loaded with all the necessary items like projectors, digital boards, Wi-Fi, and speakers. Food in the canteen is good, but very bad in the hostel, as they give a limited number of vegetable dishes. Sports facilities are available in our college. We also have our own stadium named Dayana...

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi and labs are present in our college, and classrooms are equipped with all the facilities available in other colleges, such as projectors and digital boards. Hostel facilities are well-furnished with equipment like beds, tables, fans, almirahs, chairs, etc. The quality of the mess and canteen is not so impressive; it starts off well but degrades after a few months. Medical facilities are available, and there are sports facilities and a stadium.

Gurukul Kangri Vishwavidyalaya GFTI's review.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure were above average because they work hard on them. But the main problem was that once they make it, then they don't look over it. Like the gadgets they bought were not replaced with the new technology. Otherwise facilities were okay. Hostel facilities were also good. But the food quality was very bad as they just gave whatever they wanted. Bad quality of food was served, because of which we don't want to eat there every night. Morning breakfast was good, but dinner ...

GKV - Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya review.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure and facilities are good, but sometimes they just forget to provide all the facilities and they use most of the college funds on their salaries only. By the way, facilities related to Wi-Fi and labs are good in my college. But the equipment is very old and is not changed every year. Facilities are very good in the hostel except for the food quality. The food quality of the canteen is average, whereas the food quality in the hostel is too bad. Sports facilities are good, and we have...
