Guru Ghasidas Central University Review.

Placements: There are more than 50 students placed in our Vishwavidyalaya; the minimum package is 300,000, and the maximum package is 400,000. The top recruiting companies are Infosys, Wipro and Zindal; these are the major companies that provide us with internships and jobs.

Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure has library facilities, Wi-Fi facilities, and more than 15 labs. We have classes with a projector and we have rooms. Hostel food quality is excellent but there is a lack of seats in the hostel, which is a major problem here.

Faculty: Most of the teachers and professors are excellent in their fields, but there are some professors who do not provide a social benefit to the students, and here they provide very low marks in exams, which is also a major problem.

Other: The best thing about my course is getting recognized as an excellent student at the college, and it gives me a lot of respect for the opportunity to do an excellent job .

I am absolutely satisfied because of the good campus environment and hostel.

Placements: Our university placed around 20% of students in our courses. The highest salary package is 9 LPA, the average is 6 LPA, and the lowest is 4 LPA. Top recruitment companies are Amdocs, L & T, Accenture, etc. Around 10% of students got internships from our course.

Infrastructure: At our university, we have good infrastructure and facilities in our department. They provide good-speed Wi-Fi and well-furnished smart classrooms. We have a central library as well as a departmental library. Our university hostels are well furnished. The quality of food in the mess and canteen is good. The university provides medical facilities on campus. We have many grounds for different sports and games.

Faculty: We have helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable teachers. Their teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready. In our university, semester exams are very difficult. Some students just fail for one or two marks. The pass percentage is 90.

Other: I chose this course because I want to go into the banking sector. It is a very easy and usable course in every section of life. I think teachers should teach every class in smart classrooms. We also organise our fest on campus. We can get our scholarships from time to time.

GGU is a better place to build your future.

Placements: We get very less opportunities regarding placements. Our college management should do some work to provide better facilities for placements. Very less chances are provided in our college to know about fieldwork. So because of a lack of chances, students are not able to deliver their best.

Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure needs to be improved. The commerce department does not have its own building. The canteen is also very small and not appropriate to accommodate many students at a time. Toilets and hygiene facilities are also not up to the mark, and they need to be improved.

Other: Co-cultural activities are very often in our college, and every department has its own cultural fest, which provides chances for students to showcase their talents. Our college provides a platform for students to do well in their respective field, and it also provides confidence to them.
