Check below in detail: HSTES Kashmir Migrant Seats: The number of seats under this scheme is 5% of the sanctioned intake of each course. The seats will be supernumerary in nature and will be filled separately on the basis of inter-se-merit in the qualifying examination. HSTES BE/B.Tech Tuition Fee Waiver: Under this scheme, those candidates will be eligible whose parents annual income is less than eight Lacs from all sources. Seats under this category shall be supernumerary in nature, and up to a maximum of 5% of "Approved Intake" per Course shall be available for admission. The supernumerary seats will be available only to such courses in an institution where a minimum of 30% of the "Approved Intake" is filled. HSTES Haryana Government School Topper (HGST) Seats: These seats in each branch will be filled on the basis of inter-se-merit in Class 12.
