A review of so called prestigious college.

Infrastructure: The hostel room I have is very bad. The whole almirah is broken and falling off the wall. Its been over 1 month since I submitted the application for repair but not a single action has been till now. The almirah is changed by a rope so it doesn't fall upon us. The food quality is also not so good most of the time. The computer lab has mostly broken and not working computers.

Our infrastructure is improving day by day. Faculty members are really nice and help us.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure gets enhanced by our faculty members according to the requirements as new labs are designed for us to get into it deeper and understand the techniques used in biotechnology. We have a central library and classrooms with AC. Wi-Fi is provided all over the campus. My hostel is Vishwakarma, where facilities are really good. Canteen is also available for us. The quality of food is so good. On college campus medical facilities are also available.

College without any hidden secret.

Infrastructure: As it is a more than 100 years old college, the building is old and some need to be renovated like Shridhar Acharya Hostel. One very nice thing is there is the greenery which I like the most. There is a library whose timing is not good. It is from 10 AM to 7 PM. There is Wi-Fi in the hostel.

Review of B.Tech in Information Technology from Harcourt Butler Technical University, Kanpur.

Infrastructure: The hostel facility is good, and the food tastes and quality are also good. But there is a lack of cleanliness in the hostels. Hostels have a common room and sports facilities like volleyball. The library is also good. It contains lots of books, which can be issued very easily. The infrastructure of the library is good, with good ventilation and AC.

Placements are decreasing with years, but good for chemical related branches.

Infrastructure: Our department has well-equipped labs, smart classrooms, Wi-Fi, and a rich library. Hostels are decent with 24/7 Wi-Fi, clean rooms, and good security. Mess food is average but hygienic. Sports grounds, gym, and basic medical facilities are available.

I am not satisfied with college.

Infrastructure: Being a state-funded college its infrastructure is not up to mark. It has a poor Wi-Fi facility including library which is not available 24 hours. There is an unavailability of hostel for 2nd,3rd, and 4th year students so they have to go to the West campus. HBTU has good food quality in canteen.

Legacy of the college is the only word I want to write.

Infrastructure: Everything is nice except infrastructure of hostels and some other buildings as well. Mess food is also okay, studies are also okay. Senior junior relationship, if you have good communication skills, then it's good for you, you would become an extrovert coming here. Classrooms are nice.

HBTU Kanpur’s Leather Technology has good placement with no competition.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good, and the hostel is good, but students face Wi-Fi issues. Labs are very good, with everything needed. Classrooms are good and include AC. The library is also very good, with AC and plenty of books. The quality of food in the mess is good, but the canteen and medical facilities are not very good.

As a tier 2 college, it is fantastic due to its alumni network and good placement record.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not so good. It gives a full government vibe. Buildings are old. The university provides two campuses, East and West. Large campus with too much greenery. Good sports facilities. The hostel is not good, and the mess is also average. Mess and hostel are not value for money. Labs are too old.

Overall college is good. Average package is around 7 LPA-8 LPA.

Infrastructure: College infrastructure is okay and not very good. As the college is more than 100 years old, its infrastructure is not like that of new colleges, but it is improving, as some new departments/buildings have been added, like a new department of chemical engineering and electronics engineering, which are good.

I am dissatisfied due to bad faculty, bad placement states, and old curriculum.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure in the college is not very good. Buildings are old, furnished, and finished. Classrooms for the first year students only are air-conditioned and there too the ACs don't work properly. Some water coolers in the college don't even work. Labs are good but apparatus in labs are old. Some apparatus is broken, some don't work. Wi-Fi on the campus doesn't work most of the time. The library is good. It provides a calm and good environment to study. Right now, the condition of food in ...

Review of Harcourt Butler Technical University, Kanpur.

Infrastructure: The faculty at HBTU is very good, and a major factor in coming to this college is the faculty. They understand the students and help them with any troubles. They guide you in every way to help you achieve what you want in life. The best part is that our faculty members are from outside India.

Placement is very bad, the faculty is guest. Facilities are average.

Infrastructure: The hostel infrastructure is very bad. Colleges do not try to take care of but it is the only source of revenue. There is one library which closes at 7 pm and is near the girls' hostel. The classroom has AC, but the main problem is with the water cooler. Our college is no less than Pakistan without water.

The campus is very old. The college has good facilities.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available 24 hours a day in the hostel, classrooms, and throughout the campus, with a limit of 10 GB per day. The infrastructure is good, and the new departments of Chemical Engineering and Electronic Engineering are well-developed. The labs are well-equipped, and the instructors are knowledgeable and helpful.

It is a good state government college.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in every department. Labs and all area classrooms are quite good as they have AC and good light facilities. The hostel is good but the food in the mess is not good as we want to eat. Sports facilities are good if we do not want extraordinary things.
