HNBGU Pauri Campus has eleven schools affiliated to itself. These schools encompass the domains of Agriculture, Science, Commerce, Engineering, Education, Humanities, Law, Managment etc. Some flagship courses include BSc, BCom, MCA, LLB, MBA etc. UG programmes have a duration between three to four years while PG programmes extend up to two years. HNBGU Pauri Campus offers regfular MBA courses with a number of specialisations along with an Integrated MBA of five years in regular, offline mode. The institute accepts UET scores for admission to the same. The minimum eligibility as prescribed by HNBGU Pauri Campus is passing Bachelor Degree of minimum three years duration with at least 50% aggregate marks.

MPharm Admission to HNBGU Pauri Campus is entrance based. The institute accepts CUET PG scores for the same. The minimum eligibility is B. Pharm from PCI recognised institute with 55% marks for GEN/OBC/EWS and 50% for SC/ST category.
