Q: What is the qualification for HPU?

The eligibility requirement for HPU UG courses is a minimum of Class 12. However, graduation is required for PG courses. Below is course-wise HPU eligibility for top programmes:

Q: What is the HPU MAT exam?

The HPU MAT exam is an entrance exam conducted by the Himachal Pradesh University (HPU). This exam is conducted at university level for admission to MBA courses at HPU School of Business.

The HPU MAT is a computer-based test of two hours' duration with 200 questions. The HPU MAT exam is conducted once in a year.
The syllabus of the HPU MAT is similar to most management entrance test syllabuses, which include topics such as verbal ability, reading comprehension, quantitative ability, data adequacy, and data interpretation.
The exam application fee is INR 1000, and the language of the exam is English .

Very good. Himachal Pradesh University is a very good university.

Placements: 90% of students are placed in the course, and 60% get placement offers. There are no top companies that offer placements, but 100% of students get internships in the Baddi industrial area. The Master of Commerce is one of the most important courses offered to students, it is very practical and realistic.

Infrastructure: Good facilities are available in our college. Wi-Fi facility is available throughout the college. Smart classrooms, a library, a computer lab, and smart blackboards are also available.

Faculty: Teachers in my institute are very humble, and the relationship between students and teachers is friendly. All teachers are hardworking and well-qualified at the top level. All departments are available in our college, and all facilities are provided. The semester exams are very easy. All types of courses are offered, like BCA, MCA, MBA, M.Com, M.A., M.Sc., etc.

Other: I am having a better experience since I joined this college in 2023.

College is good & worth the money. Students who can't afford high fees can write the entrance.exam

Placements: College depends on entrance exams students can give exams and gain admission easily. After clearing the NET JRF, students receive a stipend of Rs. 40,000. Any company, in M.Com there is no specific company mentioned so anything student wants to do. Roles offered are of professor.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good, and the benches are also good. There are some problems with the building mirrors, and they booked it, so maybe the arrangements of them could be great and helpful. My course is M.Com in the Department of Commerce. The hostel quality of hostel for boys' and girls' is good, and they are near the campus.

Faculty: Teaching staff is best. All teaching staff give their best to make understand every concept classes are conducted regularly it's good. It is relevant any student who wants a good education with less fee can come here. Exams are so much more difficult because classes are good.

Other: I love buisness so I chose it I think the personal library of each department Events are gate.

My university is a good university; I am not totally disappointed from this.

Placements: There are no such opportunities as placements here. No one from my batch got any placement or internship opportunity. They should provide such opportunities to the students of this university. But they don't provide such placements to us. This is my point of view.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the university and hostel is quite good. There is a canteen and a huge library in this university. Classrooms are also good. Sports facilities and medical facilities are also good here. The food of the hostel is also good, tasty, and healthy.

Faculty: Teachers are very intelligent and knowledgeable here, and the teaching quality is also impressive. But the course is only based on theoretical facts and information, not on practical use of this information. University exams are tough, and the passing percentage was 40%.

Other: This course is good information. But there should be more practical knowledge to be given to the students, not only theoretical knowledge.

My university is Queen of Hills.

Placements: Big opportunities for our placement from my university maximum 60 to 70 percent students do a well placement and the highest salary according to students qualification and the lowest cost of salary is not possible. All company visit in my university directly and give different kind of job for students like acountant, architecture etc.

Infrastructure: In my university all kind of facilities available like wi-fi, lab, classroom, library, madical, sports and games etc. These are good facilities for students. Campus of university is very good place and quality of lab, classrooms, canteen food and host rooms is very good.

Faculty: Teachers of university are well qualified, helpful and knowledgeable for students and they guide students well for related studies. They are used helpful method for study for students. Different kinds of course curriculum but I how to send that curriculum.

Other: All types of facilities are good like event, fest, campus. , connectivity scholarship are good for students.

It is a very good college in our state. I would recommend joining this college.

Placements: Around 80-90% of students got placed in our course. The salary packages are very good. Around 70-80% of students get internships every year. Many popular companies like Amazon, Flipkart, etc., visit our college to recruit students.

Infrastructure: All facilities are very good in our college. There are separate floors for all different classrooms and sections. The hostel facilities are very good for students to live. The food served in the mess is very healthy and good. Medical facilities are very good.

Faculty: All teachers are very helpful to students. They always help students with every problem as well as financial problems. The course is very relevant and makes students industry-ready. The exam level is quite difficult and well-judged by teachers. The pass percentage is around 80-90%.

Other: I opted for this course because I like commerce, and I want to work in banks. Our college should improve the class timing. Events, fests, and scholarship programs are very good in our college. Events are held on a huge platform.

Placements: In my experience in university was great and overall the university was great in overall status and they offered high or average salary job eg 30000 to 70000 according to your skill and knowledge basis there are many great students are placed in high-end job.

Infrastructure: There are many facility are available in university (eg: Wi-Fi, fully air condition class room, promote sport among students, medical, PG, library, swimming pool, with 3d animation class overall the facility or infrastructure of university was 10/10 for there cleaniess.

Faculty: There are many course are available in university that are all ready mentioned in university prosputus and all thing related to fees and hostel are all ready mentioned in prosputus after last year of your degree complete they will give you placement for you.
