IEC University Scholarships and Funding
1.The students with 85% or above in 10+2 will get special concession as their 1st year fees will be remitted.
2. Sibling concession will be 30% on annual fee (one time).
3. 30% fee concession for physically disabled persons throughout the course.
4. 30% fee concession for single girl child in annual fee (one time).
5. 30% fee concession for single parent in annual fee (one time).
IEC University offers scholarship programs to eligible applicants. Here are the details:
Merit-Based Scholarships:
- These scholarships are awarded to meritorious students who maintain a CGPA of more than 8.0.
- Students belonging to the below poverty line (BPL) category are also considered for these scholarships.
- The scholarship amount is determined based on the student's academic performance and financial need.
Education Loans:
- IEC University provides education loans to deserving students pursuing higher professional or technical education in India and abroad.
- The loan covers tuition fees, hostel fees (if applicable), book costs, and more.
- The maximum loan amount is INR 10 lakhs for studies in India and INR 20 lakhs for studies abroad.
- The minimum loan amount is INR 50,000.
- The loan is approved within two days of receiving the application.
- Parents or guardians act as co-applicants, and collateral security may be required if taxes are not paid.
- The loan amount is paid directly to the university.
Central Government, UGC/AICTE, and State Government Scholarships:
- Students at IEC University can also avail of various government scholarships.
- The university has international collaborations and tie-ups that enhance scholarship opportunities.
IEC University offers several types of BSc scholarships to BSc students based on their financial condition, higher senior secondary and other criteria. The students with 85% or above in Class 12 will get special concessions as their first semester fees will be remitted. For other scholarships apart from merit, there could be additional requirements based on socioeconomic status or special categories such as reserved categories.
