IGNOU BEd Admission 2024 will remain open in the last week of November 2023 and the tentative last date to apply for IGNOU BEd Admission is 25 December 2023. The two-year professional degree programme for Bachelor of Education admission will be done online and offline.Candidates who hold a UG or PG degree with a minimum of 50 percent aggregate marks in any stream and specialisation are eligible to apply for admission. To apply, they should visit the IGNOU SED SERVICES Portal. The registration fee for the IGNOU BEd Admission Entrance test is INR 1,000. Application fees for IGNOU B.Ed Admission can be paid using MasterCard,  Visa, or Rupay card  (Debit, Credit, or Net Banking).

The total tuition fee for B.Ed at IGNOU is INR 55,000. This information is sourced from official website/ sanctioning body and is subject to change. Although, in the fee, a non-refundable registration fee of INR 200 (unless specified otherwise) shall be charged along with the programme fee for the first semester/ year at the time of admission.

IGNOU re-registration is the procedure to register for any course for the next semester/ year. Students who have already enrolled in the undergraduate or postgraduate courses of IGNOU can apply for re-registration on university's official website. Students who have not appeared for the term-end exams or those who have not submitted their assignments can also fill out the IGNOU re-registration form. The status of re-registration at IGNOU can be tracked after 30 days of filling out the application form. Students can use their registered login credentials on the official website to track the same. 

All the admission forms submitted via the Online Admission System are scrutinised and confirmed for admission subject to the fulfilment of eligibility criteria. These forms are processed region-wise on a first-come-first-serve basis. Therefore, the time required for the processing of forms for different regional centres may vary depending on the number of applicants from the respective region.
