Well the government provide same valuation for both government and private cllg. The thing is that there will be no placement.

No, a B.Tech through distance education is declared invalid by the Supreme Court and AICTE in India. So you cannot do B.Tech through distance education which approved in job.

Yes you're eligible
But you can't do it from Top B schools as they will look for your last academics. But you can do it from decent colleges with a decent package.

Hi. Candidate must have passed in class 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognised board. Candidates passed Non 10+2 with three years working experience as development workers at any level are also eligible.
