A Ph.D. in counseling psychology typically takes four years of full-time study to complete or more for part-time students. You must have Master's degree with 50% aggregate marks in Science for apply and Admission to the course is done on the basis of entrance examination or merit list. Some such exams held in the country are RAT (Research Aptitude Test) and JRF (Junior Research Fellowship). So go through those distance learning sites from you want to do. Counseling Ph.D. students may also be interested in the clinical supervision, counselor education, or research-related job opportunities open to those with a doctoral degree. Ph.D. degrees obtained through distance mode will no more be recognised after the University Grants Commission (UGC) so before apply from distance learning think in that way also.

The minimum duration to complete UG programme is three years and the maximum duration is six years for IGNOU. However if you are three years engineering Diploma holder and study systematically, than you can clear both sections A & B in minimum time. For Diploma holders, the minimum time required to completely pass AMIE is 2 years and for others it is 3 and half years.

Hi, If you aim for self learning and understanding,  PGD in Urban planning and development course may help you. But please do not keep any job expectations post completion of this course. This course will not make you an Urban Planner, neither this shall get you a recognition from ITPI and therefore will not make you eligible for the post of a planner in any of the Government institutions or private institutions. Its a good course but you have to struggle alot to get project or job. You can find scope in government, big time construction companies etc. Thanks.

Yes, you can but, it is like double degree, it means, you have wasted four years in engineering. If you pursue B.Ed you can only become school teacher, nothing more. As you're graduated in B.Tech try for jobs in IT industry. You will get good packages and life. Becoming a school teacher, its difficult to get great package and difficult to grow in career.
