Yes, you can but, it is like double degree, it means, you have wasted four years in engineering. If you pursue B.Ed you can only become school teacher, nothing more. As you're graduated in B.Tech try for jobs in IT industry. You will get good packages and life. Becoming a school teacher, its difficult to get great package and difficult to grow in career.

Hi, No professional degree is allowed to be offered Via distance education mode. However, you can download the brochure cum application form of IGNOU and read it thoroughly to know about the different courses offered.

You can check the elligibility detail in IGNOU website. Yes, for IGNOU MCA you need Maths in 10+2 / graduation/ or pass BCS- 012. So you can apply IGNOU by filling any one of the elligibility criteria. Best wishes.
