For IGNOU, B.Ed aspirants should hold a Bachelors degree and/or Master's Degree in Sciences/ Social Sciences/Commerce/ Humanity with a minimum score of 50 per cent marks in aggregate. The teacher education programme should also be completed from NCTE through face to face mode. Otherwise you can do this course from other universities through distance learning or regular.

Yes you can, use your provisional certificate for admission. You can submit the original degree certificate when you get it.

IGNOU provide seamless access to sustainable and learner-centric quality education, skill upgradation and training to all by using innovative technologies and methodologies. IGNOU teaching techniques include self-instructional materials, counselling sessions, both face-to-face and via teleconferencing mode. Admission to Management Programmes of IGNOU is done through OPENMAT Entrance test, held twice a year. The total fee for the distance MBA programme is approximately Rs 31,500. IGNOU does not have campus placement for its MBA, but you can get job in open market based on degree and your personality traits.

BCA at IGNOU is 10+2 cleared. IGNOU website is not clear on acceptance of Diploma in Computer Technology as equivalent to 10+2. Therefore, you may seek clarification from IGNOU on subject.
