The scorecards of the GATE results are also released from March 28 2025. Candidates can check their results through the GOPAS portal by login to the website with their credentials like the enrollment or roll number and password to see their results.

To get admission to M.Tech. in Electrical Engineering at IISc Bangalore, students with a Bachelors degree in relevant engineering disciplines are eligible. The admission is based on the GATE score, Written test and Interview for M.Tech (EE) and M.Tech (AI) Programmes and GATE score and Interview for M.Tech (SP) Programme. Students have to complete 64 credits to qualify for the award of M.Tech degree. Of these, 21-28 credits are for the project work and the rest are for courses.

No, you can not take admission to the MTech course at the Division of Mechanical Sciences, Indian Institute of Science, without the GATE exam. To be eligible for admission to the course at the college, the candidate has to score a minimum of 50% aggregate in graduation in a relevant stream from any recognised board. Eligible students will have to appear for the GATE exam and score a valid rank to be eligible for the course. There is no management quota or any other quota available at the college for direct admission.

It has a broad library, ultra-modern teaching rooms, and strong computing facilities in the form of the *JRD Tata Memorial Library*. All these are framed within the four hostel buildings, a range of mess choices, a fully equipped Gymkhana which houses sports activities, a health centre and a fully Wi-Fi enabled campus, thus making it self-sustaining and intellectually forwarding to its students and faculty.

The M.Tech fee is approximately 29,200 per annum (General) and 20,200 (SC/ST) in 1 st year. The fees charged on the 1 st year (General) and 20,200/- (SC/ST) under Ph.D. Fees of the external programs are higher. These are exclusive of separate hostel and mess charges and are also liable to change.
