- Scholarships/ fellowships from CSIR, UGC, DBT, ICMR, AICTE, DAE (NBHM), and DST.
- Scholarships/fellowships from companies such as GE, Infosys, IBM, HP, Tata, Philips, Bell Lab, Microsoft, and the Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DietY).
- The Scholarship is offered for a maximum period of 2 years in the case of M Tech/ M Des/ M Tech (Res) and for PhD programme, a Fellowship of 5 years.

The IISc Bangalore BTech is INR 8 lakh. The duration of the course is for four years. Moreover, those candidates who want admission need to fulfil the eligibility criteria. The IISc Bangalore BSc fees is INR 40,000. The duration of the course is four years. The eligibility criteria for admissions should pass Class 12 with 60% aggregate and Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics are the compulsory subjects in their qualifying exam along with any other subjects.
