ICT: The best college for chemical engineering.
Placements: ICT Mumbai has a record of offering 100% placement to students in the bachelor of chemical engineering courses. The highest package offered this year (2024) was 20 LPA by Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL). The average package is in the range of 13-14 LPA for the B. Chem. engineering course. Top recruiting companies are BPCL, HPCL, Reliance Industries, Sun Pharma, Pidilite Industries, etc.
Infrastructure: The facilities are excellent as far as academics are concerned. There are well-equipped labs for research. College Wi-Fi is made available after registration. Hostel facilities are available if the student lives more than 70km away from campus. The mess is available along with the Hostel.
Faculty: Professors are highly qualified. The passing percentage is 40% for each subject. The curriculum is pretty easy if you attend all the lectures and practice well. The practical labs give you hands-on experience with the theoretical knowledge you get in class.

Review of Institute of Chemical Technology, Marathwada Campus.
Placements: Almost 50% of the students have been placed in various companies. To date, the highest salary package offered is 21 lakhs, while the lowest is 6 lakhs. The top recruiting companies include Whole Truth Foods, Keva Flavor and Foods, Henkel, and BARC. Nearly every batch has secured placements with these companies. For internships, around 3 to 4 students are typically selected for top roles, including production manager, research and development positions, and chemical engineers.
Infrastructure: The college has 24/7 Wi-Fi, well-established labs, and classrooms have a mike, project speakers, and a blackboard with each AC. The mess and canteen have good food the mess is cooperative. The hostel also has Wi-Fi 24/7, and a cleaning lady is there washing machine good hostel. We also have sports events teach events, and cultural events.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and urge me to participate in more activities and research studies. The curriculum has two years of industry experience, allowing us to apply what we learn in class. Most students pass, but the exams vary in difficulty, ranging from easy to challenging, depending on the subject.
Other: The college gives 2 years of industrial experience and also completed their master's in 5 years. There are 2 courses one is chemical engineering core and food teach minow hence 3 industry experience.

Not just any other college, institute of culture, or institute of tradition.
Placements: I believe over the years, placements have increased. The majority of students prefer to go outside India to pursue a master's Ph.D. Big companies like Godrej, Nerolac Paints, Asian Paints, and PPG come for campus placements. Over the years, the institute has been working towards achieving better placements.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are well-equipped and have all the amenities. The most important is the lab. There is no lab facility like what ICT have. The hostel has all amenities including washing machines. The cleaning staff is also good and very supportive. It is one of the most comfortable stays.
Faculty: One of the best-curated courses and faculty. Super-experienced experts are there in the fields. Few visiting professors do come and teach. It makes all courses industry-updated. Exams are not very difficult to pass except for a few subjects. More focus is on lab practicals.
Other: The campus is very well-connected to all three lies, easily accessible by cabs/public transport and local. Matunga station is 10 minutes walking. After every test, there is one fest.

A Very Underrated Government College.
Placements: Placements are average, not up to expectations. The highest package for Textile 2024 was 16 LPA, and 2-3 people got it. Top recruiters are Trident, Arvind, and more. Almost all 3rd and 4th year students get internships. This is the textile processing branch; they teach textile chemistry here.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure and facilities are good for the textile department. Labs for the textile department are good, not very good. Hostel facilities are good, mess food is okay, also cheap. Fees are only 36,000 for the year. There's a snooker table at the hostel and a turf to play cricket, and also basketball and volleyball courts.
Faculty: The faculty is very good, teachers are very qualified and knowledgeable, though some are bad, they just read slides. The course in textiles is quite industry-ready, as much as I heard from seniors. This is textile processing engineering; it is more chemistry-oriented. We process the textile after the manufacturing is done.

Review on Institute of Chemical Technology.
Placements: 50% students get placed, and the rest go for higher studies. The highest is 16 LPA, the lowest is 3 LPA, and the average is 6 LPA. Recruiting companies are Trident, Bitra, Archroma, Aditya Birla, Reliance, BSaf, Siyaram, Vardhman, etc. Roles offered can range from marketing to shop floor work.
Infrastructure: Classrooms have air-conditioning and projectors. The library is well-equipped with books and journals. The food quality at the hostel is bad. Sports and games facilities are available. Hostel rooms are affordable, although they are quite small in size. The canteen food menu is limited, and the food is oily.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and experienced. The course curriculum needs to be updated. Several seminars and programs are conducted, making students ready to work in the industry and grow there. Semester exams are easy to pass. The pass percentage is 90%.
Other: Campus life is best. There are multiple clubs, suiting all different kinds of personalities. Scholarships are available for students.

Good for aspirants who are willing to do research or opt for higher studies.
Placements: The eligibility for placement is that you have to clear all subjects, and in the 7th semester, companies hire students based on performance in mock group discussions and interviews. The average placement offer is between 3-5 LPA. Companies like Glatt and Sun Pharma hire B Pharma students based on their requirements.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are well-equipped with projectors, and Wi-Fi is accessible once you get admission to ICT. The labs are top-notch; you will get different sections of labs in the pharma department, such as general labs, pharmacology labs, and pharmacetics labs. In the ICT campus, there are four hostels. UG students are admitted in hostel number 5, which is the best hostel among others based on facilities.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified, but the teaching quality isn't that good. You will get the opportunity to do research on any topic of your preference under any professor, which gives you hands-on practice and exposure to research work and publications. The pass percentage is 40 percent.
Other: On campus, you will not get bored; it’s in the heart of Mumbai. In the university, every year there are many fests like Vortex, Asia's largest chem fest, and Manzar sports saga, where you can get the opportunity to participate and gain exposure to different things and exchange cultures.
