Placements: This college is for research purposes, but in previous years, the placement rate has increased, and most professors have projects. Talented students get jobs before leaving the college. For MBD (master's of science in biostatistics and demography) pharma companies come here like Phyzer and many more. IIPS's Alumni Association is strong.
Faculty: Faculty of the college were having all the required qualifications. Teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality offered in the college was very good. Course curriculum followed in our college was very designed according to industry need. Exams at the college were also tough to pass.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are well-qualified, and their teaching is very professional. Professors are helpful to assist with doubts outside the course. The course curriculum should be made more advanced and comprehensive by including more statistical and advanced analysis packages like ML, etc.
Faculty: The curriculum is relevant. One course gives us the learning of demography and epidemiology both. Professors are really helpful plus you can get the data for practical purposes of analysis. At last student do their dissertation which gives them a practical experience of how to tackle national level data.
