Honest review of ITM Vocational University.

Placements: Not that good or not that bad for placement; it totally depends on how active the student is and how they perform throughout their academic journey. It also depends on the course and its value in the market. There are multiple factors that matter for placement, but overall, it provides average placement.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite small, but it has all types of sports grounds like cricket, football, volleyball, and basketball, along with all types of sports equipment. There is a canteen and two tuck shops, as well as a robotics lab, seminar hall, and all basic amenities.

Faculty: The faculty is good, but in my field, faculty members change every decade due to higher authorities. However, the new management has improved consistency, and the conditions are far better now than when I got admission to college in 2022. All faculty members are very helpful.

Other: The crowd is mostly Gen Z, and they are like social media influencers; they want to enjoy their college life and make the most of every moment. However, there are some students who are serious about their careers and want to achieve something.

Good faculty and fair placements.

Placements: Around 70-80% of BCA students were placed by their final year. The highest package was about 6-8 LPA, the lowest around 2-3 LPA, and the average was 3.5-4 LPA. The top recruiters included TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, and Tech Mahindra. About 60-70% of students got internships in companies like Infosys, Cognizant, and startups. Common roles offered were Software Developer, Web Developer, System Analyst, and Technical Support Executive.

Infrastructure: The BCA department had well-equipped labs, fast Wi-Fi, smart classrooms, and a good library with relevant books. The hostel was decent with clean rooms, basic medical facilities, and a mess that served simple but hygienic food. Sports facilities included a playground and indoor games.

Faculty: Teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, ensuring good teaching quality. The curriculum was updated and industry-relevant, preparing students well for jobs. The semester exams were moderately challenging, with a pass percentage of around 75-80%.

Other: I chose BCA because of my interest in computers and software. The best part was the practical learning and good faculty support. I wished the course had more industry projects. The campus life was lively with regular fests, good connectivity, and scholarships. More extracurricular activities would have been great.
