Yes JMI do offer B.Ed in distance mode but for that you have to appear in a entrance test conducted by CDOL (Centre for Distance and Open Learning). Candidate need to have completed their graduation or master's before applying to this course.

I personally advise you that if your financial situation is good and you can afford your next 3 years then go for regular college but the reputed ones like JMI,DU IP but do not opt it from private colleges and if you're interested in governmen
