As per BHU cutoff 2024 for the last-round seat allotment, the minimum rank stood at 1098 for the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) course for the General AI category candidates. Similarly, for the OBC category, the minimum rank stood at 1585 for the MBBS course.

BHU tuition fee costs around INR 1200 - INR 10 L. The fee is exclusive of other components including Application Fee, Examination Fee, Security Deposit, Hostel Fee, etc. The fee is taken from the official website. It is subject to change. Candidates should check the website before applying.

BHU accepts CUET-UG scores for admission to several UG courses. Candidates seeking admission to BHU must apply online to register themselves. Follow the step-wise admission process as given below: 

1. The BHU application process is conducted in online mode through the official website of NTA (nta.ac.in). The fee for General category students is INR 750, INR 700 for OBC-NCL/EWS, and INR 650 for SC/ST/PwD/Transgender.
2. Candidates need to download the admit card by visiting the official website of CUET 2025 and clicking on 'Download CUET Admit Card'.
3. After the declaration of the CUET result, students seeking admission to BHU UG courses are required to apply online for CUET-UG Counselling on the BHU UG admission portal.
4. Further, candidates are required to participate in an online counselling process for provisional admission to the course (s). After that, the final seat allotment will be done by BHU.

BHU CUET cutoff 2025 was published for admission to various UG-level courses in the form of scores. For the General AI category, the last round cutoff varied from 34.58 to 628.46. Hence, students should attain a score that is above 34.58 to be able to secure a seat at BHU. 

Note: This is the cutoff for the General AI category; other categories will have different cutoffs accordingly. 

BHU offers entrance-based admissions to all its UG and PG courses. To get admission to any UG and PG courses, it is compulsory to appear for the CUET-UG/ CUET-PG entrance exams. Further, the university also accepts other entrance exam such as NEET, GATE, CAT, etc. for admission to specific courses. Hence, candidates are required to appear for the accepted entrance-exam and also meet the course-specific eligibility for admission at BHU.

BHU MCA fee is INR 30,530. The fee mentioned here might include components other than tuition fees and is taken from an unofficial source. Hence, is indicative. The hostel charges as per external sources are up to INR 19,000, excluding the meal plan. BHU offers a two-year full-time MSc course via its IIT BHU college. The institute accepts the IIT JAM entrance exam scores, followed by its counselling rounds for admission. BHU CUET PG cutoff 2025 was released for various postgraduate courses. As per the last round, the cutoff scores ranged between 20 and 650 for the General AI category students. Yes, Banaras Hindu University is usually open for all to visit. As per the information collated from web, non-BHU students can also visit and explore the campus. However, some of the areas such as library might be restricted for students. 

Hostels are only available for students pursuing a course from the university. BHU provides a hostel to 50% of students via entrance results.

BHU accepts NEET UG scores for admisison to the MBBS, BDS and BSc in Nursing courses. As per the NEET UG Round 2 cutoff 2024, the closing rank for the MBBS course was 1014 for the students belonging to the General AI category students. For the BDS and BSc in Nursing courses, the NEET UG closing ranks were 26356 and 46830. BHU AYUSH cutoff 2025 was released for admission to various All India categories based on the AYUSH counselling results. For the General AI category, the last round cutoff was 30748. To know the last round cutoff for other categories, see the table below. 

BHU 2026 BSc Nursing admission is based on CUET UG scores. The BHU merit list for CUET UG will be released on the official website of BHU. According to the BHU, there will be three rounds of counselling along with an optional fourth round, if the seats remain vacant. Talking about the BHU maximum cutoff score of the previous year, B.Sc. (Hons) in Medical Radiology and Imaging Technology became the most competitive course with a cutoff score of 628.46 for the students belonging to the General quota. 

BHU CUET PG cutoff 2025 was announced for admission for multiple specialisations, like MA, MSc, LLM, MBA, etc. According to the BHU CUET PG cutoff 2025, the overall closing score in the General category stood between 5 and 650. In the last round, the toughest and the easiest courses among all the courses were MPA in Dance (Kathak) and MA in Persian due to high and low scores, respectively.

Candidates seeking admission to MCA course at the Banaras Hindu University must have passed bachelor’s degree in any stream with a minimum aggregate of 50%. Candidates must also have Mathematics as one of the subjects in either Class 12 or at the UG level. Besides, aspirants are also required to have a valid CUET-PG score for BHU MCA admission 2025.
