JNTUA offers admission to two UG courses in the streams of Engineering and Medical. These courses are BTech and BPharm. B.Tech is the flagships course offered by the University. Admission to both of these courses is entrance-based. Aspiring students need to qualify the respective entrance exams in order to get admission.

To apply for MTech admission at JNTUA, candidates need to visit the official website of respective conducting bodies of national-level entrance exams GATE score followed by CCMT counselling or Andhra Pradesh PGECET. Q: When is the APICET exam conducted?

The AP ICET 2026 exam date has been announced. The exam will be held on May 02, 2026 in two slots. The exam is held in offline mode across 25 districts of Andhra Pradesh. Candidates will have the option to enter maximum four exam center preferences while filling the AP ICET 2026 application form. Based on the options entered, candidates will be alloted the exam centre as per the availability. Candidates will be able to check the alloted APICET exam centre on release of the AP ICET admit card. The admit card will be released on April 15, 2026. Candidates will be able to download the hall ticket for AP ICET 2026 till the date of the examination.

It is a good college, I like it so much.

Placements: Around 70-80 percent of students got placed. The highest package goes around 12 LPA-15 LPA, the average is 4 LPA-5 LPA, and the lowest is around 2.5 LPA-3 LPA. Top recruiters include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, HCL, Accenture, Cognizant, etc. About 40-50 percent of students got internships mostly through companies like TCS iON, local startups, and campus-like firms. Top roles offered are software developers, analysts, support engineers, testers, and data-related roles.

Infrastructure: The campus has good Wi-Fi, clean classrooms, well-equipped labs, and a resourceful library. Hostel facilities are average, food in the mess is okay, while the canteen is better. Basic medical help is available, and sports grounds and equipment are decent.

Faculty: Case of an emergency. The course curriculum and calendar will be given beforehand, and a few staff members are not teaching properly. They simply come, show a PPT or a PDF, and study that. If it's changed, then everything will be good. Most of the faculty are good and will help us solve doubts.

Placements: The recruitment process for M.Tech students is not as hard as for undergraduate students. It involves a simple test round followed by two rounds of interviews. Infrastructure: The consolidated performance of the college is super good. Students achieve in various fields, bringing the college to the top rankings. Overall, the crowd of the college is average because they allot only a limited number of seats in all the disciplines.

Faculty: I joined this course through the referral of my lecturers, as I am studying B.Tech at the same college itself. The lecturers show their willingness to guide us and properly know their work duties. Lecturers do not underestimate the knowledge of the students and simply appreciate us.

Teachers are good at explanation.

Placements: Nearly 65% of students were placed but for the remaining students, they didn't get placement. They chose off-campus. The highest package was 30 LPA, the lowest package was 6 LPA and the average package was 10 LPA. Larsen & Toubro, AECOM, McDermott, Saipem and others are the top recruiters.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite good enough. It was very comfortable and transportation was easily available from the college area. Good-looking buildings with trees. A good pathway is present. High security with security guards. Non-college students will not be allowed on campus.

Faculty: Yes, teachers are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is excellent and too good. Good understanding is achieved in the class. Each subject is taught in a pleasant way. No hurry, but classes are going on. The course curriculum is relevant; it includes all subjects that are useful to starting a company and getting a job.

Placements: JNTUA Pulivendula stands for Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Anantapur, which is one of the constituent colleges situated in Pulivendula. The college is an esteemed organization under the affiliation of JNTUA. To get into various M.Tech streams in JNTU, we need to clear an entrance exam conducted every year by various universities in the name of Andhra Pradesh PGCET. On the basis of scores and ranks in the entrance exam, the colleges and branches are allotted to the students by conveners. The college being a remarkable organization also provides great job opportunities in placements. The college placements cell works very actively with various MNCs and industries to place the students in various roles in companies like Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, and many others.

Infrastructure: The college does not compromise in terms of laboratories and libraries. It provides the best and a vast library fully equipped with various text books, reference books, journals, and research papers for the students. The laboratories are fully modern, innovative and suitable for the present world. The college also has a mess area with Wi-Fi, 24/7 water and electricity services with medical facilities available for the students with a staff nurse and a doctor always on duty throughout the year. The college has ATM machines to assist the students with money related issues.

Faculty: The exams being conducted by the college are as per the regulations specified by the main University, JNTUA. The regulations change every 2 years specifying the changes required to be made to the pre existing syllabus and the curriculum to meet the present day technology needs. As the exams are being conducted by the JNTUA, the paper is quite tough, and passing the exam is quite challenging, but by following the reference books and notes given by the faculty, you can pass.

Other: The college every year hosts technical and non technical fests along with freshers party, annual days and other sports events like Sizzles and University sports.

Overall, it's a good college, especially for women in the entire Andhra Pradesh.

Placements: Computer science, civil, electronics, etc., students get placed. The management seat in our college is very high in computer science, and it ranges between 1.5 to 2 Lacs excluding other expenses. Even for other branches, it is a bit expensive, and the quality of education is getting better.

Infrastructure: The hostel is average. The ambiance is good. Food is average. The library is huge and double-storeyed. The entire campus looks so good and colorful. Even there's a bus facility for day scholars to different areas of the city.

Faculty: We have both freshers and experienced faculty. The teaching quality is above average. Labs aren't that strict. They mainly focus on your exams. They help students at every individual level if they really need anything. The course is as per the university standards.

Other: There are many events in the college, and they even encourage students to take part in it.

Our college is very good.

Placements: College provides very good placements. Around 90% of students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 11 LPA and the average salary package offered is 3.8 LPA. More than 50 companies visit for placements. Our college provides internships.

Infrastructure: Our college has a dedicated hostel for boys and girls which is very clean and comfortable. Food and water facilities are up to mark. Hostel menu is good with many options. The quality and taste of mess food is acceptable.

Faculty: Faculty is well qualified, helpful, and knowledgeable. This curriculum is based on the academic calendar. Exams are very easy because the lectures teach students very well. Faculty members are well trained and are Ph.D. holders.

Other: There are more than 3 to 5 weekly events. Incomplete attendance invites penalty. Students are expected to dress conservatively. Annual fests and tech fests are held in our college.
