General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)  - Batch of 2025
Offered by Government School of Nursing, Kollam

5Placements5Infrastructure5Faculty5Crowd & Campus Life5Value for Money
Totally value for money.
Placements: I'm a student of the Government School of Nursing, Kollam, 54th batch. There are 25 students in the class. We all got an internship from our mother institution, the District Hospital, Kollam. Now, 30 seats are available in our institution. It is fairly based on marks obtained in the higher secondary course.
Infrastructure: Facilities for lab, classrooms, library, etc., are available, but there is limited space. There is no sports ground, and I didn't get any time to play games. Mess is available, and there is no canteen inside the campus. The quality of food is average. I'm not satisfied with it. Hostel and facilities are available, and that is good.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful and qualified. M.Sc. in nursing and have adequate knowledge and skills. The course curriculum is relevant. Exams are very difficult, but the practical sessions are easier than the theory. We get adequate practical knowledge from our institution. A 50 percent is required to pass the exam.
Other: I like nursing and the availability of job opportunities. I want to improve in our course through some extracurricular activities. Because nursing students may face many stresses and anxiety. It is essential to relieve it.

Bachelor of Physiotherapy - Batch of 2025
Offered by Bethany Navajeevan College of Phsiotherapy
2.4

I had an average college experience, good academics, limited exposure, and no placement support.
Placements: None of the students from our college will get placed by the college, but after BPT, job opportunities are available because there are many clinics that are not assisted by the college. The average salary is like Rs. 15,000-Rs. 20,000 per month. No top recruiting companies, and as far as my knowledge goes, a Physiotherapist role in hospitals or clinics, or a tutor in colleges.
Infrastructure: There is Wi-Fi, a lab, and classrooms are good. The projector and library have enough books, and the lab equipment is not that modern, which includes some old machines. The college hostel is good, but it's no longer the hostel I stayed in. The food is good, and we play games in the hostel, but the college ground is small, and no one plays that much on the ground.
Faculty: Some teachers are good, but some are inexperienced. They always use PPTs from Slideshare. The course curriculum has a good standard, which makes it industry-ready, but the way of clinical posting is not that good because I have seen many students who studied from Mangalore have better exposure to more techniques in physiotherapy, and they have a different approach than KUHS.
Other: The things you don't expect much from campus life in college are because very few students and a lack of extracurricular activities, which don't give campus life as expected. The hostel life is good, but the problem with the hostel is that you must get to the hostel by 6:00 PM. Initially, it was a hard thing, but later it was not a problem for us because we enjoyed our hostel life very much.

B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering - Batch of 2027
Offered by Sree Narayana Institute of Technology, Adoor

The college gas good infrastructure and eco-friendly environment.
Placements: About 70% of students get placed from our college. Top recruiting companies include Bosch, Reliance Industries, Leyland, etc. Top roles offered in our course are maintenance engineer, quality control, powertrain, etc. About 75% of students get internships from our course in various companies.
Infrastructure: Our department has a large seminar hall, well-maintained labs, smart classrooms, and tutorial rooms. The college provides separate hostels for women and men. Food for hostelers is arranged in the canteen. Medical room and sports facilities are available. The college provides a large ground for sports.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable. They help us gain good knowledge in all subjects. Semester exams are a little tough, but teachers help us with full confidence to achieve good marks. The pass percentage is about 75%. This course curriculum is relevant.
Other: I chose this program because I want to explore the field of machines and industrial activities. They gain more knowledge about the work done in this field.

Good placements and infrastructure.
Placements: About 75 percent are placed in our college. Top recruiting companies include Reliance Industries, Bosch, Kirloskar, and Ashok Leyland. Top roles offered in our course are powertrain engineer, design engineer, quality control, maintenance engineer, and robotics engineer.
Infrastructure: College provides good infrastructure with a library, labs, smart classrooms, a ground for sports, and separate hostels for women and men are provided. Food for hostel students is available in the canteen. Average food acceptable for all students.
Faculty: Teachers are very hardworking and helpful in making us good in curriculum activities and studies. Semester exams are seen to be a little tough, but teachers help us with good mental support, helping us pass all subjects. Pass percentage in our college was about 60–70 percent.
Other: I just want to explore the core areas of manufacturing and the mechanical field. In our college, events and fests are done by students and also extracurricular activities are provided.

B.A. LL.B. - Batch of 2027
Offered by Kerala Law Academy Law College
3.2

Very good college that I would recommend, least expect the placement and campus life.
Placements: We have no placements. In the previous year, IBM came and 2 got placed, other than that, we have no placements. But we have great alumni recruited to big companies. There is no such thing as placement and packages.
Infrastructure: We have an amazing college with a cute campus. A new infrastructure is about to come with immense technology, a cute atmosphere, cute dogs, and so many trees. We have a unique butterfly garden, and we have the most beautiful campus with chappi kada.
Faculty: The curriculum is so good, faculty members help us with so much competition that comes. We have law professors with immense knowledge in all fields of law. We have so many faculty members helping us with all kinds of law subjects. New courses have come, BBA, LL.B., and B.Sc IT LL.B. We have only LL.B. courses with LL.M. and mbl, BBA LL.B., B.Sc. IT LL.B.
Other: We have no events, no scholarships, but we have great campus surroundings. The campus is always lively, with all the people. We have colleges conducting sports events every month.

M.Sc. in Chemistry - Batch of 2024
Offered by Fatima Mata National College
2.6
2Placements2Infrastructure4Faculty3Crowd & Campus Life2Value for Money
I got disappointed with the college.
Placements: More likely, the graduates got placed up to 43 to 45 percent. The number of opportunities available usually decided the placement count for our discipline that year. The highest package received by our discipline students in 2024 was 7.5 LPA from a pharmaceutical company.
Infrastructure: College created a lot of cleavages between the students of one branch and another, usually by conducting various curricular and extracurricular events. This type of cleavage created unnecessary gang fights and other activities that spoiled the pace of the college.
Faculty: Lecturers had good potential to maintain knowledgeable learning classrooms. They were well trained and received certifications for creating curious and engaged learning classrooms. They had published many research papers and case studies, which were absolutely helpful for most of the students.
